Liudao anshen decoction

Suanzaoren soup: Suanzaoren San Qian mashed, decocted in water, and taken one hour before going to bed every night.

Jingxin decoction: San Qian longan pulp and Sichuan Danshen are decocted into half bowls with two bowls of water respectively, and taken 30 minutes before going to bed.

Anshen decoction: Steam five yuan raw lily, add an egg yolk, add 200ml water and stir, add a little rock sugar, boil and stir with 50ml cold boiled water, and drink one hour before going to bed.

Sanwei Anmian Decoction: Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, San Qian, Radix Ophiopogonis and Cortex et Radix Polygalae, one yuan each, decocted in 500 ml of water into 50 ml, and taken before going to bed.
