People often lose too much after sweating in summer, and there will be insufficient nutrition and water in the body. After entering autumn, the weather is getting colder and the climate is dry, which is prone to autumn dryness.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that dryness is the evil of six evils and the main qi in autumn. Dry, easy to consume body fluids. A series of common symptoms, such as dry mouth and tongue, stuffy nose and sore throat, dry skin, dry stool and irritability, are called "autumn dryness syndrome" in medicine.
Food and clothing should be mildewproof.
In beginning of autumn season, the rainfall is increasing, the humidity is high, the weather is sultry, and food and clothes are prone to mildew. Generally speaking, when the temperature reaches above 35℃, the relative humidity will increase, and mildew will easily occur. Gastrointestinal diseases will occur after eating moldy food, such as diarrhea, vomiting, enteritis, dysentery and so on.
Foods that are prone to mildew are: bread, cakes, cooked meat, fish and shrimp, milk, eggs, peaches, bananas, sugar cane, rice, beans and so on. Moldy clothes, sheets and bedding can also cause skin allergies.
It should be reminded that cooked meat in sealed packages should be eaten within one day after opening. If it takes a long time, it should be fully heated before eating without confirming the deterioration.
Beware of "autumn tiger" hurting people.
The hot summer heat has not disappeared, and the summer solar terms will come one after another at the end of August. The "autumn tiger" may even be eyeing up, and the weather will gradually turn into dry heat.
Especially after beginning of autumn, the weather may get hot again, and this hot climate sometimes lasts until September, until it really gets cold. Therefore, beginning of autumn should be an "autumn tiger" to guard against heatstroke.
In order to prevent heatstroke, it is best to ensure adequate sleep, pay attention to replenish water, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and don't stay in air-conditioned rooms for a long time, so as to avoid "catching a cold" due to the excessive temperature difference between indoor and outdoor. When going out, remember to prepare heatstroke prevention products such as Huoxiang Zhengqi and Ren Dan with you, and do a good job in sun protection.
