He is the 11th descendant of Chen Taiji, one of the "Top Ten Martial Arts Masters" in China, and is currently the deputy director of the Wushu Hall of Henan Provincial Sports Commission. Born in a martial arts family, he began to study at the age of 8, and studied under his uncle Zhao Chen Pi and Chen Taiji, and later under his uncle Chen Zhaokui. Since the 1970s, he has won the titles of Tai Ji Chuan, Sword and Pusher in the provincial Wushu Games for many times. Chuan Quan has been teaching for more than 20 years, and there are many disciples all over the country, 35 of whom have won gold medals in national and international competitions.

Since the age of eight, Chen Zhenglei has been practicing Tai Ji Chuan, knives, guns, swords, sticks and other instruments and pushers with the famous master Tai Ji Chuan (former honorary professor of Nanjing Central Wushu Museum, martial arts examination judge, elected as a member of the National Wushu Association in 64) and his uncle Zhao Chen Pi, and has been tirelessly experiencing and studying the principle and system theory of Taiji until his uncle died in 1972.
