What are the benefits of soaking Lycium barbarum in boiling water?
Lycium barbarum L. and Lycium barbarum L. fruits in Ningxia have the functions of lowering blood sugar, resisting fatty liver and atherosclerosis. When used as traditional Chinese medicine, it has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney and benefiting eyesight. Indications: dizziness, watery eyes, kidney deficiency and backache. Root bark has the functions of lowering blood pressure, relieving fever, inhibiting bacteria, clearing away heat and cooling blood, and relieving deficiency heat, and is mainly used for treating fatigue, fever and hematuria. As we all know, Lycium barbarum fruit contains betaine, zeaxanthin, red pigment of sour pulp and fatty oil. Root bark contains betaine, sitosterol and vitamin b 1. Ningxia Lycium barbarum fruit also contains betaine and Physalis red pigment.

The magical effect of Lycium barbarum

People with colds, inflammation and diarrhea had better not eat it.

Many people like to soak Lycium barbarum in water, wine or soup, but what is the nutritional value and medicinal effect of Lycium barbarum, and what are the taboos when eating it?

Chinese medicine has long said that "Lycium barbarum keeps healthy", and it is believed that eating Lycium barbarum often can "strengthen bones and muscles, strengthen the body and resist cold and heat". Therefore, it is often used as a tonic and anti-aging drug.

Chinese medicine believes that Lycium barbarum can nourish liver and kidney, benefit eyesight, enrich blood and enhance human immunity. For modern people, the most practical function of Lycium barbarum is to resist fatigue and lower blood pressure. In addition, Lycium barbarum can protect liver, lower blood sugar, soften blood vessels, and reduce the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride in blood, which has certain curative effect on patients with fatty liver and diabetes. According to clinical medical verification, Lycium barbarum can also treat chronic renal failure.

Many people don't know that eating Lycium barbarum often can help beauty beauty. This is because Lycium barbarum can improve the ability of skin to absorb oxygen, in addition, it can also play a whitening role.

Although Lycium barbarum has a good nourishing and therapeutic effect, it is not suitable for everyone. Because its warm-up effect is quite strong, people with colds, fever, inflammation and diarrhea had better not eat it.

The people who are most suitable for eating Lycium barbarum are people with weak constitution and poor resistance. And we must persist for a long time, and eat a little every day to be effective.

Don't overdo any tonic, and Lycium barbarum is no exception. Generally speaking, it is more appropriate for healthy adults to eat about 20 grams of medlar every day; If you consider the effect of treatment, it is best to eat about 30 grams a day. Now many animal experiments about the toxicity of Lycium barbarum prove that Lycium barbarum is a very safe food, which contains no toxin and can be eaten for a long time.

Traditional Chinese medicine has long said that "Lycium barbarum keeps healthy", and many people also like to use it to soak in water, make soup or cook porridge in their lives. In terms of eating methods, direct chewing is more beneficial to the health care function of Lycium barbarum.

Eating Lycium barbarum regularly can "strengthen bones and muscles and resist cold and heat". Modern research also shows that it has the functions of enhancing immunity, delaying aging and resisting cancer, and is often used as nourishing and recuperating food. In addition to these health functions, the medicinal value of Lycium barbarum is mainly reflected in the adjuvant treatment of diabetes, fatty liver, male infertility, obesity, dry mouth in the elderly at night, chronic atrophic gastritis and other diseases. In addition, Lycium barbarum can improve the skin's ability to absorb nutrients, and it can whiten the skin if eaten regularly.

However, when using Lycium barbarum to soak in water or make soup, its efficacy cannot be fully exerted. Due to the influence of water temperature, soaking time and other factors, only some medicinal components in Lycium barbarum can be released into water or soup. Chewing directly with your mouth will fully absorb the nutrients in Lycium barbarum. However, when you chew Lycium barbarum, you should pay attention to the fact that the amount you eat is best halved, otherwise it will be easy to overnutrition. Generally speaking, it is more appropriate for healthy adults to eat about 20 grams of medlar every day; If you think about the effect of treatment, you can eat about 30 grams a day. When choosing Lycium barbarum, you should choose those with large particles, red color, thick meat, soft texture, sweet taste, sticky taste and ability to dye saliva red and yellow, so that the quality of Lycium barbarum is the best.

Although Lycium barbarum has a good nourishing and therapeutic effect, it is not suitable for everyone. People with weak constitution and poor resistance should eat more Lycium barbarum in peacetime, but the effect of warming up the body is still quite strong. Therefore, people who have a cold, fever, inflammation and diarrhea had better not eat it.

Traditional medicinal value of Lycium barbarum;

Lycium barbarum L. is a mature fruit of Lycium barbarum L. of Solanaceae. It occupies an important position in traditional medicine in China, and its medicinal value has been highly praised by doctors in past dynasties. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records: "Lycium barbarum can tonify kidney and produce essence, nourish liver and improve eyesight, strengthen bones and relieve fatigue, easily change color, turn white, improve eyesight and soothe nerves, and prolong life."

Lycium barbarum has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, improving eyesight, benefiting complexion, growing muscles and strengthening bones and muscles. Long-term use has the effects of prolonging life and delaying aging. "Treat liver and kidney yin deficiency, weak waist and knees, dizziness, red eyes and tears, cough, thirst and nocturnal emission." Wait a minute.

Modern analysis of Lycium barbarum;

Modern analysis shows that the camp contained in Lycium barbarum? The ingredients are very rich. Every100g of Lycium barbarum fruit contains 4.49g of crude protein, 2.33g of crude fat, 9.12g of carbohydrate, 96mg of carotenoid, 0.053mg of thiamine, 0.137mg of riboflavin, 0.19.8mg of ascorbic acid and 0.8 mg of betaine.

-Lycium barbarum and soup, wine and tea;

Making soup, soaking wine and making tea with Lycium barbarum is a traditional folk practice in China, which can really play a certain health care role. However, scientists' long-term research shows that some functional nutrients in Lycium barbarum, such as Lycium barbarum polysaccharides and carotenoids, are difficult to dissolve in soup, water and wine and cannot be fully absorbed by the human body.

□ medlar juice

"Take its essence and discard its dross" is the most refined summary of Lycium barbarum juice processing. Lycium barbarum juice is made of high quality Ningxia Lycium barbarum, and the selection of materials is extremely strict. During the processing of Lycium barbarum, after peeling and removing seeds, the main functional components and nutritional elements of Lycium barbarum are fully retained by using high-tech bioengineering technology, and the soluble or insoluble beneficial components are evenly dispersed in the whole beverage, which is more convenient for direct absorption or functional function. This is similar to the fact that soybean protein is not easy to digest and absorb, and the utilization rate of protein is improved after being processed into tofu.

The results showed that Lycium barbarum polysaccharide could significantly increase the storage of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen in mice, improve the deamination activity of lactic acid before and after exercise, reduce the increase of blood urea after strenuous exercise and accelerate its clearance rate. The anti-fatigue effect of pure low dose group of 5-20 mg/kg d is better than that of crude product. The effect of lbp-xi 10mg/kg.d dose group was the best. There is no difference between pure high dose group and crude product. Lycium barbarum polysaccharide is an anti-fatigue factor.

3.4 delay aging

Literature research report: Animal experiments show that Broussonetia papyrifera can obviously enhance the cellular immune function of thymectomy mice, and also restore the sexual function of mice to some extent. The experiment also showed that Lycium barbarum polysaccharide-based group could restore the proliferation reaction function of T and B lymphocytes in aging model mice, increase the activities of total sod in liver and serum and Cu/Zn sod, inhibit the formation of lipid peroxide in liver tissue of aging model mice, and reduce the deposition of lipofuscin in heart and liver tissue.

3.5 hypoxia tolerance

The research results of our laboratory: the hypoxia tolerance experiments of Lycium barbarum extract, Ginkgo biloba extract, Gastrodia elata extract and Ginseng extract show that Lycium barbarum extract has the best effect. Compared with the control group, the survival time of mice in low and middle dose groups was significantly different, and the survival time was prolonged by 6 1-67% respectively.

3.6 regulating the immune activity of the body

The results of our laboratory show that lbo-x, a pure component of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide, has significant immune enhancement and regulation effects on nonspecific immunity and specific immunity of mice in the range of 5-10 mg/kg d.

3.7 Lycium barbarum polysaccharide can induce apoptosis of human acute promyelocytic leukemia hl-6o cells.

3.8 Clinical trial of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide in delaying aging

Literature report: Relevant data show that the symptoms of fatigue, poor sleep, loss of appetite, dizziness, easy to catch a cold and so on are obviously improved in middle-aged and elderly patients with "deficiency syndrome" after taking Lycium barbarum polysaccharide. Long-term use has no adverse reaction and continuous curative effect. After taking the medicine, lymphocyte transformation, e- rosette and T cell immune activity were obviously enhanced. Blood cholesterol and triglycerides have dropped. Long-term use of Broussonetia papyrifera not only improves the symptoms of aging, but also reduces hair loss, rosy complexion, enhanced vision, strong walking and stable pulse. The sexual function of the case has also been improved.

The above facts show that polysaccharide can regulate human immune function, scavenge free radicals and keep kidney qi exuberant, thus achieving the goal of health and longevity.
