Exercise:
1. After the mutton is cut into pieces, soak it in clear water and change the water several times during bleeding.
2. Wash and cut the radish into four pieces, cut the rest into small pieces, and wash the parsley for later use.
3. Ginger, onion and hawthorn are also ready.
4. Boil a pot of boiling water, add mutton, 4 slices of radish, 2 slices of ginger, add a tablespoon of cooking wine, boil, skim the floating foam and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
5. Take out the mutton after it is cooked, and don't throw the rest away.
6. Put the mutton, ginger, onion and hawthorn into the health pot together, add boiling water to the water level of 1200ML, turn on the power and press the start button to select the health soup function. (If you don't have a health pot, you can also cook with other tools. )
7. After boiling for 30 minutes, add the radish cut into small pieces.
8. Adjust the right amount of salt according to the taste until the end of the health soup program. Sprinkle a little salad oil and coriander powder when eating.
