Physical education class feels that the time of 2009-08-17-11:46 has passed very fast, and the term will be over in a blink of an eye. This semester, we learned a lot of knowledge and skills about basketball. Teachers always patiently taught us, tutored us and trained us, which made us interested in basketball.

In this semester, teachers can make full preparations before each class, so that we can make good use of every minute of training in class, from the initial dribbling and passing practice to the later shooting. In this process, the teacher arranged the whole process of learning basketball in an orderly way, which helped me get out of the shadow of not liking basketball and gradually aroused my interest in basketball, which benefited me a lot.

In fact, basketball is a sport, which can exercise both the body and the will. Any exercise is good for our physical and mental health. Before each class, the teacher always asks us to run a few laps first. At first, I felt very hard. I have to run every time, and I have some complaints in my heart. But during the exam, I found that everyone ran very fast, and the speed was obviously improved compared with last semester. It can be seen that the exercise before each class is very beneficial to us, which can exercise our endurance, and it is a phased exercise, which makes us improve every time, so I find that my endurance has also improved. My weakness is still lack of exercise, and the accuracy of shooting is still not good. Maybe I haven't found a suitable center yet, so the practice in the past few weeks has been very bad and the accuracy of shooting is very poor. But then the teacher taught us the shooting skill of aiming at the upper right of the box, and I suddenly understood the mystery. The accuracy of shooting is not perfect, but it has also improved.

The advantage of evaluating teachers is that teachers are serious and responsible, and every time we arrange our training, we are step by step. It can be said that strict teachers make excellent students! They are all very careful, so we have no leisure during class. We are all practicing and making full use of every minute.

I also have some suggestions from physical education class, hoping to give us some free time before class. For example, teachers can arrange some small games and other activities 15 minutes before class. Also, instead of training basketball in every class, you can supplement some other sports, such as volleyball and badminton. Physical education class should be a variety of sports and exercises, and it is a bit monotonous to train only one in one semester.

Physical education class in universities is no longer simply repeating sports events, which greatly improves the professionalism of sports learning. Not only did my ideological understanding rise from running, jumping and throwing in the past to a theoretical height of pan-sports, but also made us slowly embark on the road of multi-functional sports in our study. In the best youth of my life, I still feel the eternal passion for sports.

Physical education class brought us not only happiness, but also spiritual growth. Physical education class is my other teacher. He accompanied me and taught me to grow up. We grow up in stories that are constantly forgotten but still fresh in our lives. Youth is our capital. Let's use our youth to release our passion for sports.
