(1) Registration procedures and requirements

Online registration is implemented in this recruitment examination. Registration website: China Health Talent Network (www.2 1wecan.com). Registration time: June 2 1, June 20 12 to June 27, 16: 00 pm. Qualification examination time: June 22nd to July 2nd 20 12.
Candidates must submit true and accurate application materials according to the requirements of recruitment positions and online tips. The photo upload requirement is my recent bareheaded 2-inch front photo (jpg format, size below 40KB).
A recruiting unit can only choose one position to register, and can't register with both old and new ID numbers, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.
2. Inquire about relevant information: Candidates can log in to the registration system of China Health Talent Network from June 22nd to June 27th at 20 12 to inquire about relevant registration information. Before the end of the registration time, those who fail the preliminary qualification examination can be reported to other units.
June 28th, 2065438+July 2nd, 2002 is the examination time for the competent department of the recruiting unit. During this period, candidates can log in to the registration system of China Health Talent Network to check the examination results.
3. Registration confirmation and payment: Candidates who have passed the qualification examination should pay the registration fee 100 yuan/person through online banking on July 3, 1965 at 438+02 (Su Jia Han Fei [2007] 146). The proportion of the written examination for this recruitment is 1: 3. The written test is entrusted to the Jiangsu Provincial Health Talent Exchange Service Center for unified organization.

(5) The passing line of written test scores is 60 points.
Step 2 interview
The interview shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit according to the approved interview plan. According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the interviewers are determined according to job recruitment 1∶3, and published on Jiangning Talent Network (www.jnrc.gov.cn).
(1) Qualification examination. Before the interview, the recruiting unit will review the candidates who have obtained the interview qualification.
At the time of qualification re-examination, candidates must hold: valid ID card, education background, degree certificate, education background certificate (electronic registration and filing form of education background certificate of Ministry of Education), employment registration certificate for graduates, relevant qualification certificate (nursing post 20 12 candidates must provide admission ticket for qualification examination of internship nurses), professional title certificate, work certificate, etc. All the above certificates and related materials must be submitted for examination and provided with copies.
Those who pass the re-examination will enter the interview, and those who fail will be disqualified from the interview, and the candidates who apply for the same position will be replenished from high score to low score.
Applicants should truthfully provide information and materials, and those who practice fraud or fail to meet the qualification of health industry will be disqualified from interview or employment once verified.
(2) The list of interviewers who have passed the qualification review will be published on Jiangning Talent Online. Candidates participating in the interview must pay an interview fee of 100 yuan/person (Su Jia Han Fei [2007] 146) and receive an interview notice.
(3) interview content and methods. The interview mainly examines the comprehensive quality of the candidate and the knowledge and work skills needed for the position. Structured interview is mainly used, and the nursing post adopts the combination of structured interview and operation skill assessment. Structured interview is based on the matching of job responsibilities, job hunting motivation and the proposed position, and examines the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, manners, professional knowledge and so on. The evaluation of operational skills mainly tests the skills and operational level of candidates that are suitable for the post.
The specific interview time and place will be posted on Jiangning Talent Network (www.jnrc.gov.cn) before the interview.
On the day of the interview, candidates must bring their valid ID card and interview notice, and get the interview number with the interview notice. The interview results will be informed to the candidates on the spot after the interview session, and published on Jiangning Talent Online.
For the position where there is no competition in the interview, set the score line as 60 points.
3. Total score calculation
The total score of nursing post is calculated according to the written test score of 40%, structured interview score of 30% and operation skill evaluation of 30%.
For other positions, the total score is calculated according to the written test score of 40% and the interview score of 60%.
The total score qualified line is 60 points.
(3) Physical examination and inspection
Among those whose total scores are above the qualified line, the physical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by itself. Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected. If there are vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and inspection, candidates with qualified total scores in the same position will be replenished from high score to low score.
(4) publicity
The list of qualified candidates for physical examination and inspection will be published on Jiangning Talent Online for 7 working days.
(5) Employment
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, after the approval of the comprehensive management department of open recruitment, the recruitment unit will sign an employment contract with it and implement the probation period according to the relevant provisions. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will go through the formal employment procedures and be given post grading. Those who fail the exam will be disqualified.
If the graduates of 20 1 1 and 20 12 in full-time colleges and universities fail to obtain the corresponding professional and technical qualifications within two years, and the nursing post (graduates of 20 12) fails to obtain the qualification of internship nurse after the probation period, the employment contract will be terminated and individuals will choose their own jobs.
