Meditation qigong and deep breathing
Meditation is a special expression of yoga, namely the idea and intention of Taoist practice.

Qigong is to calm our hearts and enter a silent state by adjusting our body, breath and mind, so as to stimulate our innate energy: "Qi" to repair our bodies and recuperate diseases.

Inhalation is a term used by the ancients for breathing training, which means that the spitter exhales, the receiver inhales, breathes and inhales, and under the action of ideas, it achieves the physical effect of spitting out the old and sucking in the new. Strictly speaking, deep breathing belongs to one of the "three tones" of Qigong: pranayama.
