Use nature! There are so many things that are most suitable for early morning.

Getting up at 4 o'clock was summed up by Japanese writer Takashi Nakajima according to his long-term practice. The working method to double the work efficiency is the "get up at 4 o'clock" working method.

There are 24 hours a day. No matter who can and can't do it, the fact that there are 24 hours a day will not change. How to use these 24 hours determines your work efficiency.

The author divides a day into three parts, 8 hours in the morning, 8 hours in the afternoon and 8 hours in the evening. That is to say, the author gets up at 4 o'clock every morning, with noon 12 as the boundary, and can work for 8 hours in the morning, 8 hours in the afternoon and sleep for 6~8 hours.

Finish the work assigned by others in the morning (past work); In the afternoon, I began to pave the way for a new job (future job), go out to do marketing or talk about new projects, and explore new customers. The author named it "3-8 Living Method".

It is this 3-8 living method that greatly improves the author's work efficiency. He writes at least six columns and publishes a book every month. At the same time, he also teaches in universities and classes and works as a commentator on TV. The author says that all this is because of the time saved by "getting up at 4 am".

Why can morning time play such a big role? The author also gives two reasons:

Physiologically, this is related to the hormones secreted by our bodies. Adrenaline secreted by adrenal medulla and adrenocortical fatty alcohol secreted by adrenal cortex are two high-energy hormones. The adrenal gland secretes these two hormones from dawn, and the peak of secretion is just around 7 am. The hormone secreted in the middle of the night is only 1/3 at the peak. This is the reason for high efficiency in the morning.

From the physiological point of view, the ideal rhythm of physical and mental life is: going to bed at 8 o'clock in the evening and getting up at 4 o'clock in the morning, which is gradually formed in the long evolution process of human beings.

For example, agriculture has not changed from thousands of years ago to hundreds of years ago, and I am afraid it will not change in the future. No matter how advanced and modernized agricultural technology becomes, the working rhythm of agriculture will not change. Farmers still keep the habit of getting up at 4 o'clock in the morning, working at sunrise and resting at sunset.

But for modern people, especially business people, they have transformed themselves into night owls, and their sleep time is getting shorter and shorter, so their bodies will naturally complain.

So how can I get up at 4 o'clock?

The author also gives a method: use the internal biological clock, that is, the somatosensory clock, that is, open the curtains before going to bed and let the sun wake you up.

The sun will rise in the morning and get up when you see it. Summer morning, after 7 o'clock, the sun is very strong and dazzling, and I can't sleep at all. The sunshine in autumn and winter is not so strong, and the dawn time is late, but it is much brighter during the day than at night, and the contrast effect is even worse than in summer, so it is easier to wake up.

Moreover, the quality of sleep should not be measured by "time", but by "how long you slept and whether you were refreshed when you woke up".

If you need to stay up late because of special circumstances, the author also gives a "healthy staying up late method", that is, everyone should take a nap before staying up late, and how long to sleep first can be decided according to their biological clock. The author sleeps for three hours before staying up late, so that he won't be very tired after staying up late, which is also the key to improving work efficiency.

He also said: There is only one difference between "successful people" and "unsuccessful people", that is, once a successful person discovers other people's good habits, he will immediately turn them into his own.

Therefore, I suggest that everyone should get up early, make good use of their free time to cultivate their hobbies, stick to it, keep learning and grow themselves.
