Peel the taro in Lipu and cut it into dices. Pay attention to protect your hands when cutting taro to prevent one's fingers from itching.
Wash mushrooms, soak them in hot water, and filter the soaked mushroom water for later use.
Shred mushrooms, chop onions, separate onions from leaves, and prepare other materials.
Hot oil, stir-fried mushrooms.
Add minced meat and stir-fry until oil comes out.
Add scallion to taste.
Add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir fry together.
Stir-fry diced taro for two minutes.
Pour in a bowl of mushroom water, the amount is basically the same as taro.
Adjust the fire to medium heat until the water boils, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste, cover and stew for about 10 ~ 15 minutes, and pay attention to turning the taro during this period.
