This shows the importance of water to human body. But people often ignore the importance of drinking water. Drinking water is not thirsty, not even if you are thirsty. Drinking water should be mainly boiled water, supplemented by other fresh drinking water. After the water is boiled, it will take 3 minutes to reach the national standard. Rinse your mouth with water first, moisten your mouth, and drink slowly, repeatedly and in small quantities.
