Qingre runzao tea
Ingredients: 30g tremella, 2-3 pears, 200g horseshoe.
Methods: Soak tremella in water until soft, and then wash it. Peel and core pears and cut them into small pieces or thin slices; Knock the horseshoe open, add appropriate amount of water and boil it for 20-60 minutes, then serve as tea.
Five-color bean beverage
Ingredients: 50- 100g of adzuki bean, mung bean, black bean, soybean and lentil.
Method: Soak the beans in cold water for one hour or one night, add appropriate amount of water until the beans are cooked, and add a piece of sugar or rock sugar to taste, and use it as tea.
Wuhua tea
Materials: honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, kapok, frangipani and Sophora japonica each 10-20g.
Method: Wash the above materials, soak them for one hour, and boil them for 60 minutes to 1 hour, then they can be used as tea.
