Shidao Qingshui Bay is a leisure and entertainment health institution. Health products stores have a formal business license issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, which means that the operating equipment is relatively old, resulting in a small number of customers.

Shidao is located in Xuande Islands, Xisha, China, northeast of Yongxing Island Reef. It is the only rocky island in the Xisha Islands, named after most of the rocks on the island are exposed.
