How to make slimming porridge?
Purple Potato Red Bean sago porridge

Ingredients: 1 purple sweet potato, 100g red bean, 30g sago dew, 10g rock sugar, 1 low-fat milk, 1 purple sweet potato konjac meal replacement porridge.

1. Peel the purple sweet potato, cut it into small pieces, and steam it in a pot for later use.

Boil the water in the pot, put the water into the sago, cook for 15 minutes on medium heat, and turn off the heat for 5 minutes. (All sago turns transparent) Take it out and rinse it with cold water several times to prevent adhesion.
