What is the reason for tearing down red bricks and sticking grid cloth or cracking?
It is wrong to shovel red bricks, because the new batch of cement mortar plastering layer is likely to crack. Only in this way can your workers say that they want to use grid cloth.

Then why do many people shovel red bricks in the decoration? That's because, under normal circumstances, except the bathroom, kitchen and balcony, Totenda Grid Cloth Factory thinks that other walls are plastered with mixed mortar-cement mortar mixed with white ash. This conforms to the building code. Although the strength of mixed mortar plastering layer is not as high as that of cement mortar plastering layer, it is still rich in load-bearing interior wall putty and latex paint. Some people don't understand, and some people deliberately say that this plastering layer is not good, so they have to shovel it off and start over, and they have to show it to the owner several times. It is not for the good of the owner, but for the money in the owner's pocket.

Why does the plastering layer of cement mortar crack? That's because cement shrinks when it solidifies. This contraction period is six months to one year. You can use Tengda grid cloth.

You shovel the red brick and re-make the cement mortar plastering layer, then you are caught in a new plastering layer cracking cycle.

In addition to sticking grid cloth, other anti-cracking measures should be taken, otherwise it is hard to say whether your grid cloth can resist cracking.

First of all, slag cement can't be used, which naturally cracks easily. 42.5 cement cannot be used, which has strong adhesion and large shrinkage. Tengda grid cloth can solve this problem.

Followed by the ratio of ash to sand. It is suggested that your lime-sand ratio is 1: 3, and cement mortar is added with 80 1 glue with 20% water weight. Sand is the crack-resistant skeleton in cement mortar, and 80 1 glue is used to increase adhesion and crack resistance. When adding 80 1 glue, be careful not to add too much water in the cement mortar, which is a normal amount, because after adding 80 1 glue, the cement mortar looks dry at first.

Third, before making a new plastering layer, the red brick wall should be sprayed wet to avoid the water in the plastering layer being absorbed by the red brick before the hydration reaction is completed. It is generally known to bricklayers that red bricks should be sprayed wet.

Four, after the new plaster layer is finished, to preserve one's health. Regular cement mortar curing is 28 days, which is unrealistic for decoration, but at least you should keep it for two or three days-that is, spray water on the new plastering layer of the watering can net to prevent it from drying quickly. Cement mortar is quick-drying and easy to crack, and its strength is greatly reduced.

On the other hand, it is not terrible that the newly-made cement mortar plastering layer cracks. Fill it with caulking gypsum and brush latex paint, but this must wait until the shrinkage stress of the newly made plastering layer disappears, that is to say, at least half a year after the new plastering layer is finished.
