The five colors of the day are confusing, making the eyes unclear; Second, the lack of five tones makes the ears not smart; Three days and five smelly noses, trapped in the middle; The four flavors are turbid, which makes the mouth sharp and refreshing; Five, fun and slippery, let sex fly. ? Eyes, ears, mouth, nose and heart should be maintained at that time.

I don't want to work hard, get up late, sweat, sleep more, go for a ride, overlook, be cold, drink, count, take a shower, be ambitious and be unique. I don't want to be extremely warm in winter and poor and cool in summer. If you don't lie under the stars, you will see your shoulders when you are awake. It's hot and cold, windy and foggy. I don't want to go. Five flavors, not too much. So acid hurts the spleen, bitter hurts the lung, bitter hurts the liver, salty hurts the heart, and sweet hurts the kidney. These five elements are also natural.
If you live in peacetime, sit south and sleep east, with moderate yin and yang, half bright and half dark. In terms of diet, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are not full. Don't eat things that are immature, have too much taste, or are corrupt and boring. There is also a day's taboo, don't be full at dusk, eating and sleeping at night will damage the life of the day; January's taboo, don't get drunk at dusk and lie drunk at night, which is harmful to January's life; One-year-old taboo, dusk will be far away, one hand in, one-year-old life loss, no longer raise it; Life-long taboo, you must protect your anger at dusk, lie down at dusk and learn to keep your mouth shut, your mouth will lose your breath, and evil will enter from your mouth.
