The change of yin and yang in the four seasons is the foundation of all life, so saints should raise yang in spring and summer to meet the needs of growth, and raise yin in autumn and winter to meet the needs of collection, and abide by the fundamental law of life development, so as to develop in the process of life like everything else. If you violate this law, you will destroy the vitality and the true spirit. Therefore, the four seasons of yin and yang are the end of all things and the root of ups and downs. If you go against it, you will have a disaster. If you follow it, you won't get seriously ill, so you can understand the way of keeping in good health. For the way of keeping in good health, saints can practice it, but fools often violate it.

Obey the ups and downs of yin and yang, you can survive, and if you disobey, you will die. Obey it, and it will be normal; if you don't obey it, it will be chaotic. On the contrary, if you run in the opposite direction, your body will reject the natural environment. Therefore, the sage does not wait for the disease to happen, but treats it before it happens, just as he does not wait for the chaos to happen, but treats it before it happens. If the disease has occurred, it must be treated, and the disorder has already formed, it must be treated. It's like digging a well in the face of thirst, and it's too late to make weapons after the war.

This is the normal and abnormal change of yin and yang, so there are two kinds of diseases: reverse syndrome and positive syndrome.

Therefore, the clear Yang Qi of nature rose to the sky, and the turbid Yin Qi fell to the ground. The ground gas evaporates and rises to clouds, and the weather condenses and falls to rain; Rain is transformed from clouds in the rising earth's atmosphere, which are formed by evaporation of water vapor in the weather. The same is true of changes in the human body. Yang-clearing qi comes from the upper orifices, while Yin-turbid qi comes from the lower orifices. Taste belongs to yin, so it has the tendency of descending orifices, and qi belongs to yang, so it has the tendency of ascending orifices. Thick taste belongs to pure yin, and thin taste belongs to yang in yin; Thick qi belongs to pure yang, while thin qi belongs to yin in yang. Thick taste has catharsis effect, while thin taste has catharsis effect; Thin gas can leak out, while thick gas can help the sun generate heat. Too much Yang Can weakens vitality, makes it normal and makes it vigorous. Because of excessive damage to vitality, and vitality depends on normal yang, excessive resistance dissipates vitality, while normal vitality is enhanced. Those with sweet smell and divergent function belong to Yang, while those with sour and bitter smell and catharsis function belong to Yin.

Qi goes upstream and fills the meridians, then the spirit floats up and leaves the body. Cathode can be transformed into positive electrode and anode can be transformed into negative electrode. Therefore, winter is injured by cold, and spring is prone to fever; Spring is damaged by the atmosphere, and it is easy to have diarrhea in summer; Suffering from summer heat, malaria is easy to occur in autumn; Being hurt by moisture in autumn is easy to cough in winter. Huangdi asked: I heard that ancient saints emphasized the shape of human body, distinguished internal organs and understood the distribution of meridians. They met and ran across six rivers, each with its own route. Cavitation has its own name; Muscle space and joints have their own starting points; Parts are either reverse or smooth, each with its own organization; There are four seasons of yin and yang, and there are latitudes and longitudes; The external environment is related to the inside of the human body, which is divided into exterior and interior. Qi Bo answered: The east should be spring, the sunshine should be warm, the sunshine should be warm, and the vegetation should be growing. Wood gas can produce sour taste, sour taste can nourish liver gas, liver gas can nourish tendons, soft fascia can nourish heart, and liver gas is related to eyes. It is profound, subtle and infinite in nature. Now people can know the truth about the change of nature, which is biochemical to everything. The earth is biochemical, so it can produce all living things; People can know the truth of natural changes and produce all wisdom; The profundity and subtlety of the universe are unpredictable. Change is the atmosphere of the sky, the woody nature of the earth, the muscles of the human body, the liver of the five internal organs, the pale of five colors, the horn of five tones, the roar of five tones, the grip of pathological changes, the eyes of seven orifices, the acid of five flavors and the anger of emotional changes. Anger can hurt the liver, and sorrow can suppress anger; The atmosphere can hurt tendons, and dryness can suppress wind; Eating too much sour will hurt the muscles and bones, while spicy taste will inhibit sour taste. In summer in the south, there is plenty of sunshine, which produces heat. Even if it is hot, fire can produce bitterness. Bitterness can produce qi, which can be turned into blood gas. Spleen can also be born when blood gas is sufficient, and heart gas is related to tongue. Its changes are the heat in the sky, the heat in the underground, the blood of human body, the heart of five zang-organs, the red of five colors, the emblem of five tones, the laughter of five tones, the anxiety of pathological changes, the pain of tongue, the bitterness of five flavors and the joy of emotions. Happiness can make you sad, and fear can suppress happiness; Thermal energy hurts gas, and cold air suppresses heat; Bitterness can hurt qi, but salty can restrain bitterness.

Huangdi asked: I want to hear about the division of labor of the twelve organs of the human body. What are the highs and lows? Qi Bo replied: What a detailed question you asked! Please let me talk about this problem. The heart governs the whole body and is the official of the monarch. People's spiritual consciousness and thinking activities all come from the heart. The lung is the official of the Lord, just like the Lord assisting the monarch, it regulates the activities of the whole body because of the qi of the Lord. Liver, anger, courage as a general, known as the general's official, strategy comes from this. In Zhongshan, it is the responsibility of the minister to maintain the mind and accept its orders, and the happiness of the mind spreads through it. The acceptance and transportation of the spleen and stomach are the official and tasteless yin and yang of the granary, which are digested, absorbed and transported by their functions. The large intestine is a conductive organ, which can transport the dregs of food out, turn them into feces and eliminate them from the body. The small intestine is the official of receiving excess, which is further differentiated and turbid due to the healthy food in the stomach. Kidney is a powerful official, which can make people exert their strength and produce various tricks. Blasphemous officials can cross the waterway. Bladder is the official of the state, which stores body fluid and can expel urine by gasification. Although the above twelve officials have a division of labor, their functions should be coordinated and cannot be separated from each other. Therefore, the monarch is wise and smooth, and his subordinates are stable and normal. Using this principle to preserve health can make people live longer and there will be no crisis in their lives. If it is used to govern the world, it will make the country prosperous. If the monarch is not wise and tactful, then the twelve officials, including himself, will be in danger, the way for all organs to play their normal role will be blocked, and the body will be seriously damaged. In this case, there is no way to preserve health and prolong life, which will only lead to disaster and shorten life. Similarly, to govern the world with the ignorance of the monarch, the regime will be in danger, so be vigilant again!

The deepest truth is subtle and unpredictable, and its changes are endless. Who can clearly know its origin! It's really hard! Learned people study hard, but who knows the beauty! Those truths are hard to understand, just like being covered, how can we know what their essence is! Numbers that seem to be nonexistent are generated by a few minutes and a smaller scale. Only through the accumulation and expansion of thousands of times, can we deduce the harvest and evolve various worlds. The Yellow Emperor said: Good! I heard the pure and clear truth, which is really the foundation of the Great Sage's career. For this grand theory, if we don't concentrate on saving energy and choosing an auspicious day, we will put these works in the blue room of GVT and save them as soon as possible so as to spread them to future generations.

Kyushu on the earth, the nine tricks of mankind, are all related to the weather. Heaven derives five elements, and Yin and Yang are divided into three according to their ups and downs. Three qi are combined into the whole day, three qi are combined into the ground, three qi are combined into adults, and three qi are combined into nine qi, which are divided into nine fields in the ground, nine dirty in the human body, four dirty in the body and five dirty in the spirit to cope with the weather.

The five elements of wood, fire, earth, gold and water inherit each other with the change of time, and each has its own prosperity, and it begins to circulate at the end of the year and the beginning of the year. The solar terms are distributed at four o'clock in a year, gradually, if endlessly, and then wait in the solar terms, and so on. Therefore, you can't be a good doctor if you don't know the etiquette, the rise and fall of qi, the causes of deficiency and excess, and so on.

Qi Bo said: When the five elements of qi change hands, they will overcome each other, so there will be ups and downs, which is normal. The Yellow Emperor said: What is the level of qi? Qi Bo said: This is neither too much nor too little. The yellow emperor said: too much is not enough, but not too much? Qi Bo said: These situations are recorded in the scriptures.

The Yellow Emperor said: What is victory? Qi Bo said: Spring wins long summer, long summer wins winter, winter wins summer, summer wins autumn, and autumn wins spring. This is a situation in which the four seasons win and lose each other according to the five elements. At the same time, seasons have different effects on viscera according to the five elements of qi. The Yellow Emperor said: How do you know the outcome between them? Qi Bo said: First of all, we should calculate the arrival time of climate, generally starting from beginning of spring. If the season has not come yet, the climate will come first, which is too much. If a certain kind of gas passes, it will invade the invincible gas and bully it to win. This is called Yin Qi; When the season comes and the climate doesn't, it's called "untimely". If a certain gas is out of date, the gas it won will act rashly because of lack of restriction, and the gas it produces will be trapped and powerless because of lack of funds. If it is invincible, then pretend to be forced. This is called "air force". The so-called "perfection" is to infer the arrival of the climate according to the season, and wait carefully for the change of the season. The arrival of the climate is predictable. If you make a seasonal mistake or violate the relationship between seasons and climate, so that you can't tell when the five elements are full of vitality, then even the best doctor can't control it when evil spirits disturb and affect people.

The Yellow Emperor said: Are the five elements incompatible? Qi Bo said: The distribution of the five elements of qi in the sky cannot be without routines in the four seasons. If the qi of the five elements does not descend in order according to the law, it is an abnormal phenomenon, and abnormality will cause pathological changes. For example, when the climate is abnormal and the prevailing qi prevails, it is a slight disease. If the prevailing qi is too strong, it will lead to serious illness, and if other pathogens are felt at the same time, it will lead to death. Therefore, the occurrence of climate anomalies is mild if it is not in the season when a certain gas is controlled, but serious if it happens to be in the season when a certain gas is controlled.

The Yellow Emperor said: Good. It is said that everything is tangible because of the sum of heaven and earth, and has different names because of various forms and even different forms of everything. The fate of heaven and earth, the change of yin and yang, and their role in the formation of all things, which is more or less, can you tell me? Qi Bo said: What a detailed question! The sky is vast and unmeasurable, and the earth is extremely vast and unmeasurable. Since the Lord of the Great God like you has asked questions, let me state the facts. The vegetation is five colors, and the five colors change endlessly; Vegetation gives birth to five flavors, which are full of fragrance. People's perception of color and taste is connected with the five internal organs respectively. Heaven provides people with five flavors. The five flavors are inhaled through the nose and stored in the heart and lungs, and their qi rises, making the five colors of the face bright and moist and loud. Five flavors are stored in the gastrointestinal tract, digested and absorbed, and five flavors of monosodium glutamate are injected into the five internal organs to nourish the qi of the five internal organs, so that the dirty qi is harmonious, the biochemical function is maintained, the body fluid is generated accordingly, and the spirit is naturally generated on this basis.

The Yellow Emperor said: What is a dirty elephant like? Qi Bo said: The heart is the foundation of life. God lives here, and its glory is on the face. Its nourishment is in blood, and it is the sun in the sun, which is connected with summer air. The lung is the foundation of qi, where God lives, its glory lies in hair, its nourishment lies in the skin, it is the Taiyin in the yang, and it can ventilate autumn qi. Kidney governs dormancy, which is the basis of storing qi in meridians and is also the place where essence resides. Its brilliance is manifested in the hair, and its nourishing tissue is in the bone, which is insufficient in the yin and communicates with winter qi. The liver is the foundation of the pole and the residence of the spirit. Its brilliance is manifested in the claw nails. It nourishes tissues in tendons and can nourish blood and replenish qi. Its taste is sour, its color is pale blue, and it is a little yang in the yang, which is connected with spring air. Spleen, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, triple energizer and bladder are the roots of granary and the location of life energy. Because they have the function of storing food, they are called utensils. They can absorb subtle Shui Gu, turn it into dregs, and manage the transformation, absorption and excretion of five flavors in diet. Their luster lies in the white meat around their lips, the nutritional tissue is in the muscles, and the taste is sweet. The exertion of the above eleven dirty functions depends on the rise of bile.

People's welcoming pulse is twice as big as usual, and the disease is in Jueyin; Twice as big, the disease is in Shaoyin; Get sick in the sun; Three times bigger, sick in Yangming; It is more than four times larger, because the yang is too strong and the yin is blocked, which is for the yang. Cunkou pulse is twice as big as usual, and the disease is in Jueyin; Twice as big, the disease is in Shaoyin; Three times as big, sick in the Taiyin; It is more than four times as big, because there are too many yin, and the yang is unable to pay, so it is necessary to collect yin. If a person's spring pulse is four times larger than the normal pulse, it means that both yin and yang are full and cannot be mutually prosperous, which is for Guan Ge. Brother Guan's pulse is too full, which indicates that Yin and Yang are extremely prosperous, and he will never reach the victory state of balance between heaven and earth, and will soon die.

Therefore, overeating and salty taste will clog blood clots and change facial color. The bitter taste of overeating makes the skin wither and the hair fall off. Eating too much spicy food will make your muscles strong and your claws dry. Overeating and sour taste will make muscles thicken and contract, and lips become warped. Eating too much sweets will make your bones ache and your hair fall off. This is the harm caused by the partial eclipse of five flavors. Therefore, the heart should be bitter, the lungs should be spicy, the liver should be sour, the spleen should be liver-flavored, and the kidney should be salty, which are the corresponding relationships between the five flavors and the qi of the five internal organs. The face is as green as dead grass and dull. This is death. If yellow is orange, it is death; If it is as black as ashes, it is death; If there is red blood coagulation, it is death; White as a bone, appearing for death; This is a death case in the five colors. The face is as green as a kingfisher feather, and the main one is born; Red as a comb, the main student; Yellow as a crab's belly, the main health; White as pig fat, the main raw; Black as crow's hair, the main raw. This is an example of good vitality and prognosis among the five colors. The heart is like a spirit, and the face is like vermilion wrapped in white silk; The lungs are alive, and the face is like white silk wrapped in fans; The lively face of the liver is like a thin white silk wrapped in sky blue silk; Spleen is full of vitality, and the face is like a thin white silk cake; The kidney is alive, and the face is like purple silk wrapped in white silk. These are the brilliance of the vitality of the five internal organs.

Color and taste correspond to the five internal organs: white pungent taste should be in the lungs, red bitter taste should be in the heart, green sour taste should be in the liver, yellow sweet taste should be in the spleen, and black salty taste should be in the kidney. Because the five internal organs are combined with the five bodies, white should be in the skin, red should be in the veins, blue should be in the tendons, yellow should be in the flesh, and black should be in the bones.

All the veins belong to the eyes, while all the marrow belongs to the brain, all the tendons belong to the joints, all the blood belongs to the heart, and all the qi belongs to the lungs. At the same time, the movement of qi and blood is around the clock and never leaves the parts of the limbs. So when people sleep, blood is stored in the liver, and the liver gets blood and feeds on the eyes, so they can see things; You can walk with blood nourishment; If there is blood in the palm, you can take things; Fingers can be taken if they are nourished by blood. If you go out to catch the wind just after waking up, the blood circulation will stagnate and condense on the skin, resulting in arthralgia syndrome; Meridian coagulation leads to stagnation of qi and blood circulation; If it condenses on your feet, this part will be cold. In all three cases, qi and blood can't return to the holes in the tissue gap, which causes paralysis and other symptoms. There are twelve valleys and three hundred and fifty-four streams in the whole body, from which the excess points of twelve zang-fu organs are deducted. These are the places where Qiwei and the evil spirits stay. When treating diseases, you can apply needle stones along these parts to drive away evil spirits.
