Designed and built by Songtao County Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute. The project adopts skeleton filling structure, the main structure adopts reinforced concrete frame wall structure, and the facade adopts decorative gray brick glass curtain wall, with simple and elegant style. In addition, the project is equipped with elevators, power distribution rooms, underground garages, heating systems and other facilities. The construction of this project has strengthened the infrastructure construction in this area and made positive contributions to the local urbanization process.
