Boutique halls like Hengyitang are all converted from big houses in the old city, and the architectural pattern of the houses retains the original Chinese style. A big house can be divided into different groups of small houses. Each small house may have three to five rooms with different inner rooms and back gardens. The comfort of hardware is not as good as that of five-star hotels, but the taste of Chinese luxury houses and the non-replicability of each room are great selling points. I feel that if you come to Wuzhen with a feeling of rest and vacation, the guild hall is still superior to the hotel.
