So I don't agree that the core competitiveness of China culture is health preservation, but the spirit and indomitable will of China people. China people, not westerners, can bear hardships and stand hard work. Only the people of China can work tirelessly! China people are the most capable. For the sake of our country and nation, we are willing to face all difficulties even if we shed blood and sweat, even if we shed blood and sacrifice. This is the spiritual strength of China people and the core of China culture.
It seems that both the east and the west attach great importance to the quality of food and are really not interested in what supplements to eat. For example, there is a high demand for food in Japan. Britain and America are very strict about the quality of their milk. The same is true of other foods. But we are not like this. Our business seems to run counter to the public. Processed food mainly depends on the taste, and the food additives in the supermarket are not up to standard and expensive. When it is about to expire, it will be sold to the masses at a discount. In foreign countries, if this happens, it will be punished by law enforcement departments. So they don't have to pay attention to health problems as before.
In modern times, as far as international competition is concerned, the core competitiveness of a country should be a country's science and technology, economy, internal affairs and military affairs. Only when these four aspects are strong can we promote the prosperity of the people and strengthen the country and be in an invincible position. Of course, if personal health care contributes to the stable development of the above-mentioned strength, it can also become one of the basic elements of a country's core competitiveness. But if it is to enhance national strength, it has little to do with the country's core competitiveness.
