Regarding the overall situation and relationship of the three treasures of essence, qi and spirit, Taiping Jing holds that god is from heaven, essence is from earth, and qi is in harmony with each other. Therefore, the spirit of God moves with qi and lives in it. The three help each other. An old friend who wants to live a long life should love gas, respect God and value essence. Because essence, qi and spirit occupy an important position in the human body, they will naturally focus on loving qi, respecting god and emphasizing essence when practicing various techniques.
