Can people really be acupoints? How come?
People can really acupuncture. From ancient times to the present, Chinese medicine in China not only attaches importance to acupuncture therapy and cupping, but also emphasizes acupuncture (acupoint massage). But acupuncture is not as exaggerated as in martial arts novels, and there is no data to prove it at present.

Basic techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion;

1, eagle catching skill. This is to practice grasping, buckling and holding fingers. At first, my feet were disturbed, my hands spread out like bird wings, and then I deliberately stayed in my abdomen, and the gas was transported through my fingers. When I first practiced, I often felt that my shoulders were weak and I couldn't lift them. It is usually appropriate to practice for only five minutes. When you practice for an hour, you can get a little finger, which is work.

2, iron finger work. This is practicing shiatsu. At the beginning, your feet are separated, your body is prone, your hands and fingers are supported separately, and your waist does not yield. Then stretch your arms and circle all over. At the beginning of training, you use five fingers to support the ground. With the deepening of skills, you gradually use four fingers and three fingers until one finger supports the ground. This is success.

3. Stone work. This is to practice finger strength and internal strength. Start standing on two feet, facing the wall for about one meter, then lean forward, touch the wall with two fingers respectively, inhale into the abdomen, press your hands hard when exhaling, and stay still until your arms, wrists and fingers are hard to practice, and you can rest. After practicing for a month, you can see the effect.

4, rope work. This is to practice the power of thumb and finger in food. Prepare a hemp rope with a diameter of about 10- 15 mm, the longer the better. First tie the hemp rope into a knot with both hands, and then untie it one by one with thumb, food and middle finger. Solve it like this, then tie the knot, and then solve it. With the increase of times, the finger strength is getting stronger and stronger.

5, insert less work. This is the practice of pointing straight. First, prepare a bucket and fill it with mung beans (or millet, stone sand and iron sand), then stand in front of the bucket with a horse stance just look, transport it to your fingers with Tian Dan gas, forcibly insert it into the bucket, and then withdraw your palm. So repeated practice, three years of success, ten fingers as a grip. In order to prevent hand poisoning during practice, you must wash your hands with medicine once after practice. The prescription is: Radix Aconiti, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Rhizoma Arisaematis, Snake Bed, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Stemonae, one or two of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Du Liang, Veratrum nigrum, Os Draconis and Purple Flower, four or two of green salt, one or two of sulfur and two or two of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, washed with vinegar and hot water.

6. Work in Woodenhead. This is to practice some hard work. Prepare a Woodenhead first. In the face of Woodenhead, he was depressed and his luck was concentrated on his fingers. He aimed at Woodenhead's acupoints and struck at an extremely fast speed. He has to practice hard since he was a child, and practice for more than an hour every day.

7, lock finger work. This technique is designed to practice finger clasping. First, hold a small log with your fingers, then slam it, and then let go to rest. Keep practicing. If you practice this skill for two years, you can do it.

Acupoint di m¢n Xué: According to the principle that the physiological and pathological changes of meridians and viscera have a certain reflection on the relevant acupoints of human body, in martial arts, some weak and sensitive parts (main acupoints) of human body are hit with the strong click of fists, fingers, elbows and knees, making them numb, sore or painful, losing resistance and causing human casualties, thus subduing opponents.

Acupoints are also called acupoints. There are seven kinds of acupoints: Yi, Poke, Pat, Grasp, Take, Hit and Close. Acupoint and pecking are the most common acupoints, including one point, two points and acupoints.
