Schematic Diagram of Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin and the twelve meridians Diagram Modern medicine thinks that kidney controls water regulation and has the function of expelling excess water and metabolic waste from bladder. However, in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney contains the motive force of life and is the source of fertility. So it is very similar to the accessory renal function in modern medicine. Accessory kidney is a small endocrine organ and an important tissue that controls the function of human internal organs. Because of its importance, once this function is abnormal, it will cause various uncomfortable symptoms. Such as facial skin blackening, loss of luster. Dry mouth and sore throat. Dizziness, loss of appetite when standing up, especially powerlessness in the heart. Diarrhea and fatigue. Cold back and inside feet, fever on soles and toes, tiredness, low back pain and decreased energy. I can't do anything because of mental weakness. Kidney is the source of health and life, but it will gradually weaken with age. If the above symptoms appear, please stimulate the acupoints on the kidney meridian to improve the symptoms. There are 27 acupoints in the kidney meridian.

Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin: It starts from the toe of foot, inclines to the foot center (spring), passes through the scaphoid bottom (Gu Ran, Zhao Hai, Shuiquan), and branches into the heel (big clock) along the back of medial malleolus (Taixi); Up to the calf (double slip, hand in the letter; Will be three yin jiao), out of the nest (Zhu Bin, Yin Gu), the inner thigh and back, through the spine (long strong) belongs to the kidney, winding in the bladder meridian (Shu Shu, Zhong Zhu, Si Man, air pocket, Da He, transverse bone; Will close the yuan, its pole).

Its straight veins: from the kidney upward (Shangqu, Shiguan, Yindu, Tonggu and Pyloris), through the liver and diaphragm, into the lungs (Brown, Shenfeng, Xu Ling, Shenzang, Yazhong and Yufu), along the throat and down to the root of the tongue (Tonglinquan). Its branches: out of the lung, winding in the heart, flowing in the chest, and communicating with the pericardium meridian of hand jueyin.

There are 27 acupoints on one side of this meridian (54 on the left and 54 on the right), of which 10 is distributed at the rear edge of the medial surface of the lower limb, and the other 17 is distributed on both sides of the chest and abdomen.
