I spent two days listening to a lecture on "The Art of Chinese Teaching in Senior High School", which was very enlightening. Now I will talk about my understanding and views on Chinese teaching in senior high schools based on my personal experience in attending classes.
I believe that every Chinese teacher in high school hopes that his Chinese teaching can be full of poetry, but the actual operation is not as simple as we thought. The profoundness of Chinese is a great challenge for Chinese teachers, and the gap of their own quality determines that many of us can't control the classroom freely. What is emphasized here is free control, not the Chinese classroom under the coercion and deterrence, but the Chinese classroom that can fully show the wisdom and elegance of teachers. However, is it really easy to do this? I have tried my best to improve my quality, but some things should not be rushed, so I must do well step by step. Teaching and living poetically are our ideals. However, there is always a huge gap between ideal and reality. The hard pursuit and beautiful dreams of people's teachers are always cruelly shattered in the face of reality. Ask how much sorrow you can have, just like a river flowing eastward. I am not a cynic or a pessimist. I am just an ordinary Chinese teacher, maybe I am still an unqualified Chinese teacher.

The professor said: Without the improvement of teachers' quality of life, it is difficult to have a high-quality education. Teachers must improve their own quality, and one of the best ways is reading. Liang Jie said: "To teach, read first!" As we usually say, if a teacher wants to give his students a glass of water, he must be a bucket of water. I'm actually puzzled: how much is this glass of water? How much water is there in your bucket? And is this glass of water pure and can be quoted? Many so-called famous educators have said: "Teachers should give students a very personalized Chinese class." Alas, is personality so easy to do? If it's not so easy to do, why are you clamoring for individuality? Isn't this: the stars in the sky are beautiful, you go and pick them for me. No one knows that the stars in the sky are beautiful, but how many people can do it? I'm not denying it, I just feel a little bit in the face of unnecessary preaching.
It should be noted that teachers' personalized teaching can promote the development of students' personality, which I am convinced. Let's study history first. Tao Xingzhi, Zhu Ziqing, Feng Kai ... Eternal monuments still stand in our hearts. After years of elutriation, why are their images still shining? Through the layers of aura, we can easily understand a simple truth-only by relying on lofty spirit can the monument of famous teachers stand in people's hearts. It is the vein that continues this spirit. They always cherish their love and dedication to education, have sincere concern and respect for students, and practice democracy and equality. Yu Yi, Qian Menglong, Wei Shusheng, Li Jilin, Sun Weigang, Qiu Xuehua ... these teachers with unique charm have engraved their names and beliefs in China's epic education. The unique teaching personality of famous teachers has created their brilliant teaching life, and at the same time inspired the younger generation of Chinese workers to keep moving forward. Only personality can develop personality; Without the teacher's personality, there is no student's personality. The education of students' personality development needs to be based on teachers' teaching personality, and the source of teachers' educational strength lies in teachers' teaching personality. A teacher is a demonstrator of students' behavior and an example of learning. Students' impressions of any objective things may come indirectly from teachers to a great extent. A teacher without teaching personality has limited existence value. It can also be understood that the loss of teaching personality often means the failure of teaching and the death of teaching life. Ushinski warned us: "In teaching, everything should be based on the personality of educators. Only personality can affect the development and stereotype of personality, and only personality can cultivate personality. " "Make them (students) gradually form a good personality and a sound personality" in the new curriculum standard is not empty talk, but an inevitable requirement put forward by the development of the times. Looking back, we must think about an initial and most basic question, that is, what is the purpose of Chinese teaching? Maybe some teachers still don't know each other very well. Of course, studying is not just for getting into college. If so, it will be the sorrow of our whole national education. Interpreting the new curriculum standard will make us understand that the real purpose of Chinese education is to cultivate capitalized "people" and cultivate individuals with harmonious morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. In fact, I know the great role of personality in my heart, but what I actually do is another matter.
I remember the Indian wise man Krishnamurti said, "To change the world, we must have a new life in our hearts." I think teachers are sometimes good at comforting themselves and satisfying themselves. How many people are there in the world today when everything goes wrong? So we have been looking forward to teaching and living poetically. Yes, teaching should be full of poetry. But we often feel that teaching is boring and simple. Today repeats yesterday, tomorrow repeats today, and the days slip away quietly in this boring repetition. That kind of imagination and colorful teaching seems to be a dream. Therefore, Liang Jie warned us: "The tiredness of teaching is not that teaching itself is tasteless, but that we don't know how to teach poetically."
Krishnamurti said: "Without correct education, chaos will be regarded as real, so there will always be conflicts in the hearts of individuals." Calm inner conflicts and inner restlessness. My appeal is: always keep a heart that loves teaching! Only when your teaching is full of enthusiasm can you get rewards from teaching and experience a lot of warmth and fun from teaching.
Finally, I ended with a sentence from Professor Ye Lan: "Look at classroom teaching from the perspective of life and dynamic generation." And I also appeal again: let's teach poetically, live poetically and be a happy Chinese teacher.

After reading this excellent teacher's lecture on teachers' morality, my heart can't be calm for a long time, and his figure lingers in my mind. His behavior deeply shocked my heart. Teachers' morality is the soul of teachers, and it is the wing of teachers' professional ideal. Teachers' work is sacred and arduous. Teaching and educating people requires emotion, time, energy and even all efforts, which is based on a strong sense of mission. There is little leisure in raising seedlings, and it is hard to moisten things silently. A person who loves education should be willing to be lonely and work hard. This is the first condition of teachers' morality.
Education is an art, because man is the most mysterious and complicated creature. Facing a group of students with thoughts and feelings, how to win their trust and respect and how to carry out moral education for them? As a teacher, I realize that teachers should be able to understand and respect students.
The most important thing in educating students is to pour love into them. Without deep love, it is difficult for teachers to receive the ideal educational effect. Build a bridge between teachers and students with love, pay attention to discovering their bright spots, give them praise in time, and enhance students' self-confidence in learning. We should love every tiny "bright spot" in the process of students' growth, and we should love it with great plasticity. Love their subjective initiative in the process of education; We should love the educational and labor achievements they have nurtured during their growth. Students, especially middle school students who are in the rebellious period of growth, pursue personality development, obviously enhance their individual consciousness, and pursue an equal communication between people. Therefore, I think that in the process of communicating with students, especially when students make mistakes, teachers must have the consciousness of empathy, respect students and understand them.
Understanding is to understand students' ideological reality, psychological reality and life reality. To carry out class moral education and improve the quality of students' moral education, we must follow the principle of analyzing and dealing with problems from reality. Respect means fully respecting students' opinions and demands, respecting students' personality and treating others equally.
Due to the influence of genetic factors, family conditions and social environment, there are great differences among students. In normal school life, teachers should pay attention to the individual differences of students and have a comprehensive and detailed understanding of each student. However, it is far from enough to understand that students rely on observation. We should make use of every opportunity to communicate with students. Communicate more, understand students' ideological trends and behaviors, solve their ideological confusion in time, and correct their bad behaviors. Facts have proved that if students want to accept the teacher's point of view, the effect of criticizing and preaching is far less obvious than talking with students. Teachers should first put themselves on an equal footing with students, start from a caring attitude, move people with emotion, convince people with reason, and influence students with personality strength, so that students can truly feel the teacher's heartfelt care and love.
Respect students, tolerate students, not let themselves go. Sometimes, students' bad behavior should be properly criticized. As a teacher, especially in party member, even if students make mistakes, they should respect their personality and inculcate them, so as to achieve the educational effect. Blindly reprimanding can only lead to students' rebellious psychology, and can't hurt students' hearts with sarcasm and satire. When criticizing students, we should use critical language carefully, pay attention to language art, take care of students' self-esteem everywhere, and let students have a sense of intimacy and trust and be willing to communicate with you. Only in this way can students understand their mistakes from the depths of their minds, correct them and effectively play the role of criticism.
Respecting and understanding students will make the relationship between teachers and students happy. We should start with love, which is the premise of education. We should care for and care for every student in the class, and let the students feel the teacher's education. This is sincere love. We sincerely hope that all students can grow up healthily and become useful people. Teachers are caring, can respect and understand students, and make students respect and love teachers more, so that the feelings between teachers and students can be more harmonious and give full play to the role of emotional education.

These three points mentioned by Li are what we are afraid of now, and his inspiration is particularly important at this stage. On the first point, he said that logistics is more than just delivery. The development of the times puts forward higher requirements for people's quality, so having a healthy psychology is the condition and foundation that modern people must have. From the perspective of quality education, healthy psychology is the guarantee to cultivate good quality. However, in the process of implementing quality education, due to the influence of society, schools, families and many other factors, some teachers and some students are tired of learning, which seriously affects the teaching work. Therefore, I have always been interested in the issue of mental health. Let me talk about my superficial experience on this mental health research.
First, through learning, I realized the importance of teachers' mental health.
In my opinion, teachers are the promoters and implementers of mental health education in schools. A successful teacher should not only have profound knowledge and superb teaching skills, but also have a sound personality and noble character. Teachers' words and deeds have a great influence on students, especially on junior students. Combined with my practical experience and surrounding conditions, I have made a serious analysis of students' mental health problems. In my opinion, we are currently in a period of social transformation. Various complicated social phenomena, diversified values, pressures of further education, employment and competition, and various unpredictable variables have triggered the rise of students' mental illness, which also poses a severe challenge to the school's mental health education. Although a lot of exploration work has been done in the past and now, in the face of endless new phenomena and problems, there are obviously various deficiencies in the mental health education of students in our school. Why not? It is necessary to trace the source and achieve "the right medicine."
In short, the purpose of teaching is to teach and educate people. In order to make students form a healthy psychology, teachers should constantly improve their personality and enhance their personality charm. On March 28th and 29th, I had the honor to attend an expert report meeting on mental health education teacher training held by Weihai Teaching and Research Center in Wendeng Experimental Primary School. The report invited Professor Wu Zeng, Executive Deputy Director of Graduate and Continuing Education Department of Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences, Chairman of Shanghai Primary and Secondary School Psychological Counseling Association, and Teacher Li of Laixi Education College to give special lectures and trainings on class psychological counseling activities and learning psychological counseling in mental health education in primary and secondary schools. On-the-spot interactive links are designed in the report. The most impressive thing is that several front-line teaching teachers have clear thinking and strict logic in analyzing and explaining cases, showing their professionalism, which is no less than that of professional psychological counselors.
Professor Wu gave a special lecture on the basic theory of class psychological counseling and the effectiveness of psychological counseling activities with the theme of "Listening to students' voices-the practice of class psychological counseling". Professor Wu's thoughts on social changes and students' growth, as well as the analysis and on-the-spot interaction of seven cases, such as "counseling for students with emotional disorders", "counseling for teenagers" and "counseling for outstanding students", made the participants fully understand the goals of students' healthy psychological development and made clear the different methods of psychological counseling. These cases mainly discuss the strategies to solve the problems of middle school students' inferiority complex, puppy love, fighting, and the pressure of entering a higher school. All these need to pay close attention to the situation of family education and find out the root of the problem. Case 7 is "He doesn't curse", which is about a little boy who always curses. As a class teacher, everyone knows how to get used to solving this problem after hearing the students' reports. Look at the mental health teacher's strategy: talk while learning and have a heart-to-heart talk, and learn that the reason is to attract the attention of girls; Solve the problem and design three questions: What behaviors do boys have that are popular with girls? What behaviors do you have that will arouse the resentment of female students? What behaviors are welcomed by female students? Well, be a really popular child. The seemingly simple steps are actually to find out the child's thoughts. If you don't ask random questions, just criticize: Who did you scold? Don't swear. I'm sure it won't make any difference. There are several other case counseling measures and intervention strategies in the courseware. Teachers who need them can refer to them, because the main contents of junior high school will not be repeated one by one.
