The nature of the work determines that the perennial legal adviser is a "consultant" rather than an ordinary employee of the company, so its value cannot be reflected through the mechanical repetitive work from nine to five. The advice of perennial legal counsel can only be realized with legal procedures and stable time guarantee. We should treat it rationally and objectively, and understand and accept it as a company's "idle person" in a short time. Only through long-term work can perennial legal counsel make contributions to the development of the company.

In addition, adding the word "contract system" to customers is intended to emphasize the equal status and stable relationship between perennial legal counsel and the company. Legal advisers perform their duties according to the contract, not according to their preferences, not to mention leaving at will, leaving the affairs of the consulting unit behind.
