4. After that, it runs for two cycles every day, and each cycle is inflated for ten hours and allowed to stand for two hours;
After 5.30 days, the flocculation and sedimentation performance of sludge is good. After the mixed solution stood for half an hour, the supernatant was clear and transparent, the interface between mud and water was clear, and the sludge was yellowish brown. A large number of new bacterial micelles can be seen under the microscope, which are relatively dense, and many active bell worms can be observed. Sludge has strong activity, so the culture stage is considered to be over.
