Is liver and gallbladder important to the five internal organs?
Liver and gallbladder are important organs of human body. The physiological function of the liver is mainly to drain and store blood, which is related to people's emotional activities and promotes the digestion of human body and the normal operation of qi, blood and water. Therefore, its physiological characteristics can be summarized as follows: the liver is just dirty, and the body yin uses yang; The liver likes to reach out and hates depression. Liver and gallbladder play a very important role in food digestion and body defense.

The liver is a tree in our body.

The liver is one of the important organs of the human body. The ancients often compared the good relationship between people to "caring for each other", which shows the intimacy of the relationship between liver and gallbladder. The liver is responsible for the regulation of qi and blood, the secretion and excretion of bile, the flexion and extension of muscles and joints, and the changes of mood. Through anatomical observation, the ancients found that the liver contains the largest amount of blood in all organs, which can be said to be the "blood bank" of the human body. This is the basic function of the liver to store blood. And blood is not the "water" that nourishes the human body? So the liver is where wood grows in the human body. In this way, Chinese medicine has made a fixed connection between liver and wood. Then, the characteristics of wood, such as "adjusting the height of wood", are extended to traditional Chinese medicine, and it becomes "the liver governs the drainage" When a person is depressed and sulks every day, we call his performance "stagnation of liver qi"; When a person is furious, we will say that his anger is relatively large, because the function of "regulating the liver to relieve the discharge" cannot be carried out normally.

So what important role does the liver, a tree in the human body, play for us? Four "stunts" of the liver

The liver plays a very important role in the human body. It mainly has the following four functions: the liver stores blood.

Regulating blood volume: When the human body is in a relatively quiet state, some blood returns to the liver and is stored. When the human body is active, blood is transported to the whole body to support the functional activities of various tissues and organs. Therefore, there is a saying that "the liver stores blood, the heart moves, the blood is transported to the meridians when people move, and the blood returns to the liver when it is still". If there is something wrong with the blood storage function of the liver, the blood will flow back and forth, and hemorrhagic diseases such as vomiting blood, epistaxis, menorrhagia and metrorrhagia will occur.

Nourish the liver itself: In order to play its normal physiological function, the liver needs enough blood to nourish itself, which is the so-called "liver needs blood to nourish". If it is liver blood deficiency, it will cause dizziness, decreased vision and blurred vision. Because the liver pulse is connected with the chong pulse, which is the sea of blood, the main meridian, liver blood deficiency, Chong pulse and Ren pulse are damaged, and women's menstruation is irregular, and the amount is light, and even amenorrhea is serious.

Liver governs excretion.

Eliminating qi means "dispersing", "relaxing" and "reaching", that is to say, under normal physiological conditions, liver qi has the characteristics of dispersing and reaching, so liver qi should not be stagnant and like dispersing. This function is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Dredge Qi: "Qi is the ascending and descending movement of Qi. The activities of viscera, meridians and organs of human body depend entirely on the ascending and descending movement of qi. The physiological characteristics of the liver are mainly ascending and activity, so this is undoubtedly an important factor for the dredging, unobstructed and ascending of qi. Therefore, whether the excretion function of the liver is normal or not plays a regulatory role in the balance and coordination between the ascending and descending of qi. If the excretory function of the liver is normal, the qi is smooth, the ascending and descending are appropriate, the qi and blood are harmonious, the meridians are smooth, and the viscera function is normal. If the catharsis function of the liver is abnormal, there may be two pathological phenomena: first, the catharsis function of the liver decreases, that is, the liver loses its conduction, resulting in poor qi movement, stagnation of liver qi, and local pain and discomfort such as chest, hypochondrium, breast or lower abdomen. If "the wood is not sparse", it may be that the liver and stomach (spleen) are not harmonious, and symptoms of spleen and stomach dysfunction such as loss of appetite and abdominal distension can be seen. Because qi promotes blood circulation, qi stagnation leads to blood stasis, and then symptoms and lumps appear, while women can have menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea and so on. In addition, qi stagnation can also lead to metabolic disorder of body fluid transport, resulting in retention of water and dampness or internal resistance of phlegm, swelling or phlegm core. Second, excessive inflation, if the qi does not fall, the liver qi will rush up, causing swelling and pain, blushing and irritability of the leader. If the qi rises too much, the blood will go against the qi, and symptoms such as vomiting blood and hemoptysis may occur. What's more, there may be symptoms of "syncope" when you are in a coma. If liver qi goes against "Mu Wang Ke Tu", there will be symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal distension, pain, belching and acid swallowing, and abnormal stool.

Relieve emotions: the liver is like a tree, which makes you happy, depressed when you are bored, and mentally stimulated when you are bored. For example, Su Wen all hurts, "all diseases are caused by qi", which is about the influence of emotional injury on the smooth flow of qi. Therefore, if the liver excretes normally and qi and blood are in harmony, people's spirit will be happy and comfortable. If the liver-qi is not discharged, the liver-qi is not comfortable, the qi is not smooth and the spirit is depressed. If depression is difficult to solve or is discharged too much, yang will rise, and then people will be upset and fidgety. On the contrary, excessive mental stimulation is often an important cause of liver discharge. Therefore, there is a saying that "anger hurts the liver" and "the liver likes to relieve depression".

Cholagogic: Liver meridian is connected with gallbladder meridian. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that bile is formed by the residual gas of the liver, which overflows into the gallbladder and accumulates. Therefore, the cholagogic function of the liver is also manifested in the secretion and excretion of bile. If the liver loses its cholagogic function and the biliary tract is unfavorable, it will affect the normal secretion and excretion of bile, resulting in hypochondriac pain, anorexia, bitter taste, yellow water vomiting or jaundice.

Main reinforcement of liver

"Tendon" refers to muscle health, which has the function of binding bone joints. The liver stores blood and blood nourishes tendons, so tendons are gathered by the essence of the liver. Therefore, Su Wen said in Huangdi Neijing: "The main rib of the liver". With sufficient liver blood, the tendons are nourished, the tendons are strong, and the joints of limbs are flexible and elastic. If the liver blood is deficient, the joints will be unfavorable in flexion and extension, the limbs will be numb, the tendons and veins will be tense, and even the hands and feet will twitch and tremble.

Liver and eyesight.

The liver opens the eyes, and the essence of the five zang-organs runs through the blood vessels and is reflected in the eyes, so the eyes and the five zang-organs have internal relations, but the liver is more closely related to the purpose. Because the liver stores blood, its meridians are connected with the eye system, and the essence of the liver is scattered in the eyes, there is a saying that "the liver can be seen by blood", that is to say, only when the eyes are nourished by liver blood can they play a normal visual function, so whether the liver function is normal can often be reflected from the eyes. Liver blood deficiency, for example, may suffer from dry eyes, blurred vision and even birds. If the liver fire is inflamed, the eyes will be red and swollen. In the elderly, the essence and blood of liver and kidney are gradually declining, and vision is often reduced and blurred. Many ophthalmic diseases are considered to be related to the liver by Chinese medicine, and most of them start with treating the liver and have achieved satisfactory clinical results.

Claws, namely claw nails, include nails and toenails. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that claw is the continuation of tendon, so it is called "claw removing tendon" The rise and fall of liver blood can affect the rise and fall of claw nails. If the liver blood is sufficient, the claw nails will be tough and bright, ruddy and shiny. If liver blood deficiency, claw nails are soft and thin, withered and pale, and even deformed and brittle.

What do you think of treating each other with sincerity?

Hepatobiliary relationship: gallbladder is attached to liver, and bile comes from liver. The meridians are connected, the liver pulse is connected with the gallbladder, and the gallbladder pulse is connected with the liver, which constitutes the exterior-interior relationship of zang-fu organs. The liver belongs to the interior, and the gallbladder is the exterior. Gallbladder is one of the five internal organs. Bile is adjacent to the anatomical structure of the liver, and it lives in the "short leaves of the liver". The liver and gallbladder meridians are intertwined, and the liver meridian of foot syncope belongs to the liver collaterals, while the gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang belongs to the gallbladder collaterals. The two dirty things are closely related, both inside and outside are dirty. "Uncle Ling?" "Ben Zang" said: "Liver meets gall. "There is a close physiological relationship between liver and gallbladder, and the relationship between liver and gallbladder is mainly * * * to drain and drain, and * * * to focus on the mind.

Bile is located under the flank and connected with the liver. It stores bile secreted by the liver and injects it into the intestine to help digestion. Although it is one of the six fu organs, it is different from other five fu organs in that it only stores bile and does not accept Shui Gu dregs, so it is listed as "Qi Fu Heng-organ". If liver qi stagnates, turns into heat, fumigates bile, and bile surges or overflows, it will cause bitter taste, yellow water spitting or jaundice. The old saying "treat each other with sincerity" is worthy of the name from a scientific point of view.

So how is the liver and gallbladder connected?

Bile duct is an important passage in and out of the liver. Bile duct, as its name implies, is the duct connected with gallbladder, so where is gallbladder? The gallbladder is attached to the liver and independent of the liver. It seems to be located on the liver and connected to it through the bile duct. Because the liver is the largest organ for digestion and detoxification, it plays an important auxiliary role in the digestive function of the gastrointestinal tract, but how does it communicate with the gastrointestinal tract? This requires the help of the bile duct system.

The biliary system consists of gallbladder and biliary tract. The gallbladder is attached to the liver and is the repository of bile. It has the function of storing, concentrating and discharging bile, and directly participates in regulating the pressure of biliary tract inside and outside the liver. Biliary tract generally includes intrahepatic bile duct and extrahepatic bile duct, and its function is to transport bile secreted by the liver to the duodenum. It is precisely because of the interdependent and coordinated relationship between the liver and gallbladder in anatomical structure and physiological function that once either side of the liver and bile duct system has diseases, the other side can be involved. For example, suffering from gallstones, biliary ascaris or tumors may lead to liver infection. On the other hand, the functional state of the liver will also affect the gallbladder. For example, bile can not be secreted effectively after liver lesions, which will affect the gallbladder as a "bile warehouse". As the saying goes, "treat each other with sincerity."

As mentioned earlier, courage is related to people's spiritual and emotional activities and has the function of decision-making. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "courage is the official of the right path, and there must be a decision." Therefore, some mental and emotional symptoms, such as panic, insomnia, dreaminess, indecision, etc., are considered to be caused by qi deficiency of gallbladder, and are often treated from gallbladder in clinic. The gallbladder meridian has the function of stabilizing emotions and helping to judge correctly. "The liver, the general in the middle, depends on the gallbladder" and "the eleven viscera all depend on the gallbladder", which shows the importance of the gallbladder meridian. The liver and gallbladder of traditional Chinese medicine are a pair of yin and yang, which we can understand as "gallbladder is the yang of liver meridian;" Liver is the yin of gallbladder. "If modern medical knowledge is used as an analogy, the liver and gallbladder can digest and transport the delicate nutrition of the spleen and stomach and catalyze it into blood. The peak period of gallbladder meridian is from 1 1 to 1 in the morning, so you must rest.

If the qi of the liver and gallbladder is insufficient, it will not catalyze the digestion of the spleen and stomach and the delivery of nutrients to all parts of the body, and nutrients will accumulate, from small to large, and then to obesity. In severe cases, they will accumulate and acidify, forming cancer cells that are not coated and grow uncontrollably. Modern urbanites are seldom malnourished, but more overnourished, especially those who eat too much meat and too little vegetables. Therefore, the diet should be light, not too full, half full is the best, not more than seven full. People with a light diet should pay attention to eating less cold food, especially those over forty or fifty years old.

If the liver, gallbladder and meridians of the human body can sleep and rest within 6 hours from 9 pm to 3 am, it can best maintain health. If you don't sleep during this time, the short-term problems are not obvious, and the problems are not obvious when you are young. In the long run, it will hurt your internal organs and cause many common civilized diseases today, such as hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage, retinal detachment, obesity, abortion, eczema, ADHD, depression and even cancer. One of the reasons for children's myopia today is congenital deficiency of liver qi, mainly because parents (especially fathers) often go to bed after midnight. Teenagers' mental excitement or depression, even schizophrenia, are mostly caused by playing computer until the early hours of the morning, and psychological factors are secondary. Psychotherapy cannot cure symptoms. If adults feel angry, they often lose their temper because of trivial things. Be careful. This is the result of improper gallbladder, hyperactivity of liver yang and hyperactivity of liver and gallbladder. They should take good care of their liver and gallbladder, and if they don't pay attention, they will be seriously ill.

There are many civilized diseases caused by hepatobiliary disorders, and the pathology is complex. The easiest way to prevent or even treat civilized diseases is to have a good sleep from 9: 00 pm to 3: 00 am. If you don't sleep at 9: 00, sleep at 10: 00, and sleep before 11: 00 as a last resort. Going to bed early must be combined with getting up early to be effective. You should get up no later than 7 am. The best time to get up between 4: 00 and 6: 00 in the morning depends on how many hours of sleep everyone needs. Those who go to bed but can't fall asleep immediately are mostly habitual problems and need patience. Generally, those who can get up early can go to bed early, but it is the most difficult to refuse entertainment at night. If we want to live a civilized life, we can't go against the sun.
