The beggar squatted in the right posture.
The correct posture for beggars to squat is as follows:

Find a wall with a comfortable cushion (not too soft). Stand in front of the wall, kneel down, keep your back straight, and lean against the wall or cushion. Put Confucius' handprint on your hand and naturally put it on your knee to relax your body and mind. The head should be straight, the acupoints on the top of the head should be in a straight line, and the buttocks should be off the ground and pressed tightly on the calf.

Pay attention to the difference between men's and women's postures: ladies' postures: put your feet together and kneel down. Men's posture: feet slightly apart (feet can't be completely together), bend your knees and squat down, so that you can relax your crotch and not be too tight.

Practice notes

(1) Every exercise 15 minutes. Keep your eyes open, concentrate on squatting, keep your posture, don't think, don't talk to others or do other things when squatting.

(2) During the practice, gastrointestinal peristalsis such as burping and farting is normal, which is also proof of the effect. If the turbidity drops, it will naturally fart. Don't bear it.

(3) There will be numbness in the feet during the beginning of practice, which will not happen naturally after long-term efforts, and it can increase the strength of the feet and dredge the meridians.

(4) After practicing for fifteen minutes, get up slowly, not too fast and too hard, and stretch in place. If combined with proper walking, it is very suitable for health preservation.
