Who can teach me how to learn Taoist qigong?
According to Li Daochun's statistics in Yuan Dynasty, there were more than 3,000 ways of keeping in good health at that time, but only about 200 kinds were recorded in Taoist classics, which can be roughly divided into ten categories.

1, guided massage

This skill is a dynamic exercise aimed at strengthening the body, including introduction, massage, acupuncturing, tapping teeth, drumming and swallowing body fluid, singing drums, combing hair, washing face, rubbing ears and eyes, drinking some crane water, wiping the soles of feet, covering the kidneys with a pocket, getting up and patting the whole body. Most of them take shaking limbs as the gateway, and with persuasion and thinking, they form a series of techniques.

2. Exhale and breathe.

This method takes adjusting breathing as the key point, and achieves the effects of full essence, vigorous spirit and longevity, and can release internal qi to help others. Such methods include gas collection, air intake, gas closing, gas refining, gas distribution (anger), fetal breathing, pranayama, six-character formula and so on. Generally speaking, it can be divided into four types: taking external qi, swallowing vitality, keeping thinking and obeying, and moving internal qi.

3. Spiritual cultivation course

In our country, Taoist qigong is the only method besides "Inner alchemy", and "Qi-moving" has long been called a wonderful work. There are many other methods, such as observing a skill, centering, observing the inside, meditating, observing the middle, meditating, sitting and forgetting, observing the orifices and meditating. These methods can be summarized as one point, mainly focusing on mental cultivation. Therefore, they can be described as "spiritual cultivation" in one sentence, which is a tripartite confrontation with "Inner Dan Sunday" and "Breathing and Breathing".

The three categories of Taoist exercises can sum up all the static exercises in China Qigong, among which "moving qi" is mainly breathing exercises and "mental exercises" is mainly mental exercises; However, the two are not completely different, but you have me and I have you, which complement each other. The method of "activating qi" often needs the help of mental activities, and the method of "nourishing the heart" also needs the participation of breathing, but each has its own strengths and focuses on different things. The technique of "Inner alchemy" combines "breathing" with "mind", which is grafted and bred, and shows other strange postures, thus becoming the eternal trick in China Qigong.

4. Neidan Zhou Tianlei

This refers to the systematic cultivation method of taking one's innate essence as "medicine" and refining "Dan" in the body. Among the Taoist cultivation methods, Neidan's theory is the most exquisite and the method is the most thorough and mature, which can be called the representative and essence of Taoist Qigong.

The sects of Neidan are divided into South School, North School, Middle School, West School, East School, Sanfeng School and Qingcheng School. There are more than ten methods of cultivation, but all of them take the word life as the key link. As far as the order of cultivation is concerned, there are two methods, namely, sudden self-cultivation, self-cultivation before self-cultivation and gradual self-cultivation after self-cultivation.

Meditation method, also known as "top-grade elixir method" and "top-grade multiplication method", is the fusion of spiritual practice and Zen. From its beginning, it is to refine the spirit directly, forget your feelings and see nature clearly.

Zhang, the patriarch of Quanzhen Daobei, cultivated nature first, and then cultivated life. This method begins with getting rid of feelings and desires, closing the heart and stopping thinking, seeing nature clearly, then paying attention to the rest of the heart, and then completing life in turn. The cultivation of this Dan method is divided into four stages: the first stage is to build a foundation for a hundred days and refine gas, which is a small Sunday; The second stage is October, which is also called Big Sunday. The third stage is breastfeeding for three years. The fourth stage is to face the wall for nine years and practice virtual harmony.

Nanzong advocated repairing life first, and then having sex. Methods Starting from the traditional method of Zhong You Neidan, that is, observing the orifices and regulating the breath, refining qi and spirit in turn, and transforming deficiency into deficiency. In the spiritual cultivation stage, the study of Zen is to "make a difference".

From the way of cultivation, Neidan is divided into two schools: youth cultivation and double cultivation. The Qing school advocated self-sufficiency of Yin and Yang, which was the mainstream of Neidan. Shuangxiu school believes that Yin and Yang belong to the opposite sex, and advocates that men and women practice together and take medicine from the same kind. This method is the further development of room art since Qin and Han Dynasties.

Taoism also believes that men and women have different physiology, so the method of alchemy should also be different. Since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, there have been many ways to cultivate the "female elixir" in Zhongshan, which generally started with physical fitness.

5. Break the grain and fast

Bigu is also called "no food", "no food" and "no food", that is, you don't eat vegetables and fireworks for a period of time or even a long time. The origin of the valley in China is very early, and it was not after Taoism that the valley was broken. After the rise of Taoism, it took over the method of crossing the valley, which not only pushed the practice of crossing the valley to a deeper level, but also gave it a mysterious color in theory.

Generally speaking, it can be divided into three types: taking medicine after breaking grain, drinking water after breaking grain and taking medicine after breaking grain, among which there are hundreds of ways to take medicine after breaking grain. These three methods are generally combined with static work such as persuading others.

6, nourishing food

This method of keeping in good health is also called "taking bait" and "feeding". The substances taken can be roughly divided into herbal medicine and epigraphy medicine. Taoism preaches that pills made of stones can live forever, which has been proved to be a fallacy by practice. However, plants, grasses and other drugs have nourishing effects, so long as they are taken properly, they are not useless. Such as jujube, ganoderma lucidum, flax, acanthopanax senticosus, tuckahoe, medlar, turpentine, Schisandra chinensis, ginseng, radix rehmanniae, etc. The right amount can nourish everyone.

7, room hygiene category

In traditional Chinese medicine, sexual life between men and women is called atrioventricular life, also called sexual intercourse, sexual intercourse or sexual intercourse. In ancient China, all medical sexual health care methods were called "sexual intercourse". The ancients believed that "things in the room can give birth to people and kill people", so Taoism paid more attention to the study of keeping in good health in the room. The cultivation method of indoor health preservation is the health knowledge and exercise method in sexual life. Focusing on the process of "nourishing essence, consolidating essence and storing essence", this paper explores and summarizes that it can make essence flow upward and replenish the brain without leakage. Specific methods include Lonely Sleeping, Imperial Maid, Mining Tactics, Mining and Color Matching, Four Seasons Desire, Searching for Children, Taboo in the Room and so on. There are more than ten methods in the room, whether it's mending wounds, attacking diseases, treating diseases, or nourishing yin and yang to prolong life, the key is to "replenish essence and brain".

8. Life photography

In addition to the methods of inner alchemy, qi circulation, thinking, taking the bait, staying and guiding, Taoist health care also includes physical and mental health care, involving miscellaneous methods such as sitting and lying, living, eating, language and emotion. This is the practice of daily life, which is profound and all-encompassing. Including four seasons nursing, emotional nursing, diet nursing and daily nursing.

9, fragrant soup bath class

Among all kinds of Taoist cultivation methods, there is another method of health preservation that is not noticed by the outside world, but it does have a certain special role in health preservation, that is, bathing in fragrant soup.

The so-called "fragrant soup" is a warm bath water mixed with various aromatic herbs. The function of fragrant soup bath is not only to wash the body and remove dirt, but also to clean the mind with the inspiration of washing the dirt on the body. People's air is natural and clear, which is conducive to health cultivation. Before Taoism became Taoism, it made sense to take a bath with fragrant soup.

There are five kinds of fragrant soups commonly used in bathing. The so-called "five spices" are the general name of five spices or spices: angelica dahurica, peach skin velvet, cypress leaf, Lingling and Aristolochia. Among them, Angelica dahurica contains a lot of volatile oil, which has a fragrant smell. According to Taoist secret biography, it has the function of avoiding evil spirits and removing three corpses. Peach skin is the bark of a peach tree after removing the cork. Because its skin contains naringin, citrinin, etc., it has a fragrant smell, has a strong brain-strengthening and refreshing effect, and can kill all kinds of sores and stop malnutrition. Platycladus orientalis has the functions of strengthening the body, benefiting qi, resisting cold and heat, eliminating dampness and stopping hunger. Linglingxiang has a good effect on halitosis, toothache and nasal congestion. Aristolochia root can lift and induce vomiting. It can also dredge pores, promote blood circulation of subcutaneous capillaries, and make bathers feel comfortable all over.

The fragrant soup should be made according to a certain proportion and temperature, as well as special water, bath beans and honey soup. The person who cooks soup has boundless merits.

10, fingerprint spell

Taoism, like Buddhism tantra, also has handprints and spells. Taoist handprints are called "tricks" and "hand tricks", and finger gestures to make tricks are called "pinching tricks". There are dozens of tricks, which are the same as Buddhist handprints, but the rules of finger coordination are different. Taoist incantations are called "wishes" or "curses". There are about three forms: the first is verse, the second is blank phrase, and the third is taken from Buddhist incantations.

When practicing Taoism, spells are often used, especially when thinking and taking foreign gas. At the beginning and end of the work, you should recite the mantra. Magic is often used in the practice of inner alchemy. When chanting, you should not only pinch the tactic, but also think. At the same time, the combination of meditation, chanting and pinching Buddha is like the three secrets of Buddhism. The Taoist school of fu often writes fu in practice. There are many kinds of symbols, each of which has its own purpose. Although it is absurd to be mysterious, the practical application of symbols and seals is closely related to qigong practice.

A few years ago, when people mentioned pinching, chanting and painting symbols, they naturally associated them with feudal superstitions. With the in-depth development of Qigong science and the popularization and increase of acrobatic exercises, people began to notice that there are still many articles in these strange phenomena, such as strategies, curses, curses and so on. In particular, the development of the Tantric Third Secrets and the recognition of the human scientific community make people re-examine the tactics, curses and symbols in Taoism. Of course, it takes some time to clean up the dirt. However, some of them have been liberated, such as "Blow", "Oh", "Hush", "Hey", "Shout" and "Hip", which have been recognized and widely used because of their remarkable effects in treating diseases and preserving health. It is also recognized that "grasping the real" handprint can promote the integration of heart and qi and ward off evil spirits and toxic gases: the remarkable role of "sword finger" in treating anger is also recognized and widely used.

How to appreciate ten cultivation methods of Taoism? How to judge its level? Li Daochun put forward the method and standard of division in the touchstone of Zhongheji, that is, the cultivation method is divided into three levels: near-door nine grades, three-way gradual method and highest multiplication.

It is best to directly cultivate the nature and return to the air (refining the spirit in the method of cultivating the heart).

Neidan Sunday is a gradual triple multiplication, which is divided into initial multiplication, middle multiplication and excellent multiplication. In the basic stage of 100 days, refining gas cultivates people into immortals, making small achievements, and you get such a level; In October, the essence of the fetus is gasified, and the immortal is cultivated, and the elixir is obtained, which is the average level; Three years' practice of conscience during lactation has also become a great achievement, and what you get is the great Dan, not the upper position.

1 1, and other culture methods belong to the side door. In modern language, these methods are all qigong or health preservation methods for popularizing fitness, and they are not qualified to talk about self-cultivation and have no grades.

Li Daochun's appraisal method is representative in Taoism and basically recognized by all factions.
