Dongfang Bay consists of five districts, three districts, one port and one island.
The "five belts" are headquarters and supporting economic belt, port tourism economic belt, ecological residential economic belt, airport logistics economic belt, golf and concentrated green belt; "Three areas" are waterfront commercial area, exhibition hotel service area and cultural development area; "One Port" is the Oriental Bay International Tourist Port; "One Island" World Gulf Theme Park.
Headquarters and supporting economic belt are the business core areas of the whole region, which are composed of various commercial buildings and supporting buildings, and will attract a large number of headquarters or regional headquarters of international and domestic enterprises.
The port tourism economic belt is the tourism core area of the whole region, which consists of large-scale coastal viewing platforms, tourist squares and pro-sea landscape construction facilities.
Ecological residential economic belt is a high-end residential plate in the whole region, and the high-end sea-watching residential plate we launched in the first phase is located in this plate.
The airport supporting economic belt is a modern airport logistics base, which is composed of information center, storage area, processing area and other functional areas, relying on the location of Dalian New International Airport in this region.
Waterfront business district is a commercial supporting part of the whole region. This plate makes full use of marine resources, creates a unique waterfront business district, perfectly combines tourism and leisure features with urban commercial functions, and forms the commercial core area with the most concentrated business opportunities in the whole region.
Golf concentrated green belt is a large-scale green belt in public areas combined with Dalian Golf Course which has been built in the east. The green belt echoes with the elegant theme gardens of each group, bringing out the best in each other and creating an ecological and green living environment.
Dongfang Bay International Tourist Port is a large-scale modern tourist port built according to the excellent natural environment in the Bay Area. It consists of a wide-body yacht marina, a private yacht marina and an international yacht club.
The World Bay Theme Park is an island-building plan in the middle of the sea according to the world map, which brings together the landmark buildings and facilities of all continents in the world. Upon completion, it will form a characteristic theme park with rich and colorful famous scenery and local customs.

Dalian Shimao Carnival Plot is located in Jinbohai Coast Tourist Resort, Jinzhou District, Dalian. It is positioned as the largest high-end comprehensive tourism project in China, and it is also the largest project invested by Shimao in the Mainland at present. The total investment of the project is estimated to reach 50 billion yuan, which will open up a vast new territory at sea. The magnificent scenery of the sea and sky will definitely increase the attraction of the project.
According to the preliminary design scheme, the overall design of the project is inspired by the essence of China Oriental traditional culture, including tourist business district, hotel exhibition area, cruise terminal, seaside Lohas City, waterfront ecological city, indoor theme park, characteristic orchard and coastal ecological residential area. Among them, the super-large indoor theme park has a construction area of about 600,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will be the most advanced all-weather and all-season indoor theme park and shopping center in China, and become a brand-new landmark of Dalian's comprehensive commercial tourism, which is expected to attract about 20 million tourists every year.
Dalian Shimao Carnival Tourism Comprehensive Development Project has settled on the coast of Jinbohai, which indicates that Jinzhou Jinbohai Coastal Tourism Resort is moving towards the goal of comprehensively developing and building a modern Binhai New Area and an important coastal tourist attraction in Dalian.

The project takes Jinzhou Ancient City Theme Park as the core, Tanghuanmu Hot Spring Island, ancient town amorous feelings area, Qingming Riverside Landscape Belt as the main cultural tourism function configuration, combined with auxiliary tourism settings such as buckwheat hill Jinding Park, Xunyiling Happy Valley and skiing grassland. Supporting the implementation of nine functional sectors, such as high-end hotels, resorts, fishing ports and towns, and international high-end communities, together constitute this flagship project of cultural tourism. This project is listed as a key project in Dalian. The first phase of the project is scheduled to start in June next year with a total investment of 8.8 billion yuan. The construction contents include: Jinzhou Ancient City Cultural Tourism Zone in Ming and Qing Dynasties, international high-end community and Qiaoshan Health Valley.
Dalian Yutu Tourist Resort, invested and built by Dalian Haichuan Group, covers an area of 80 hectares, and plans to build a seven-star hotel, a European-style town, a hot spring manor, an artificial island at sea and a Haibao experience base. It is a top-level holiday island project, with a planned total investment of 4 billion yuan, and has completed an investment of 540 million yuan so far.
