1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major background in agriculture, rural development and rural economic management is preferred.

2. Experience: More than 5 years working experience in agriculture or rural areas, or working experience in agriculture and rural management in government agencies, large enterprises or institutions.

3. Ability: Proficient in rural economic policies, agricultural science and technology, agricultural production and rural social affairs, with good comprehensive analysis and problem-solving ability.

4. Habits: Good professional ethics, teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility and service.

Having knowledge or skills in other fields, such as accounting, finance, law and information technology, will be a plus.
