Note: If you don't like it too salty, change the bacon soup into clear soup and add some light soy sauce.
Chestnut lean pork ribs soup
Ingredients: twelve ounces of fresh chestnut meat (about 400g), four ounces of fresh lean meat (about160g), eight ounces of steak (about 320g), one and a half tablespoons of light soy sauce and twelve bowls of clear water.

Note: flat chestnuts are easy to be soft and sweet. If you buy chestnuts without shells, you can boil them in boiling water for five minutes, turn off the fire for a while, and it is easy to peel them off when you take them out. It is not easy to peel after cooling.
Potato ribs soup

Note: the tomatoes are scalded with boiling water and soaked in cold water for a while, so it is easy to peel them. Peeling potatoes is also very simple. Wash potatoes, boil them in boiling water for a while, and then take them out and wash them in cold water.
Winter vegetable meat pie soup
Ingredients: six liang of lean meat (about 240 grams), two liang of bean sprouts (about 80 grams), one liang of winter vegetables (about 40 grams), eight bowls of clear soup, one egg and half liang of fried rice noodles (about 20 grams).
Seasoning: one teaspoon of wine, half teaspoon of ginger juice, a little salt and pepper.

Note: You can cut winter vegetables into shreds or slender strips before making soup, and then add salt after tasting them, because winter vegetables are salty.
Ham, turkey and tofu

Note: Tofu can be added before thickening, otherwise it will take too long to cook and it will not taste tender and smooth.
Shredded pork tofu in winter
Ingredients: 80g of winter bamboo shoots, four mushrooms, 20g of lean pork/kloc-0, two pieces of tofu, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon of cornmeal, half a tablespoon of cornmeal, two tablespoons of water, five bowls of clear water and a little peanut oil.

Braised pork, chicken feet and snail soup

Note: Generally, dried abalone slices are not made of real abalone slices, but dried spiral slices, but they can also be used for soup.

Practice: remove the shell, take out the oyster meat, mix it with salt and raw flour, wash it, blanch it with boiling water, drain it, wash and shred the ginger, cut the onion into small pieces, cook the laver in small pieces, season it with salt and pepper, and then cook the oyster, that is, remove the laver slices and onion particles, add wine and sesame oil, put it in a bowl, and shred the ginger.
Note: raw materials are generally rubbed with crude salt and raw flour; However, some people think that it is enough to put the oysters in the drain basket and rinse them gently under the throat, so that the cooked soup tastes more delicious.
Dried vegetables, tofu and salted fish head soup
Ingredients: two salted fish, 60 grams of dried cabbage, three pieces of tofu, one teaspoon of peanut oil and six pieces of ginger.

Note: the soup itself is salty, so it doesn't need to be seasoned with salt.
Ham and cabbage soup
Ingredients: one yellow bud cabbage heart, two scallops, lean meat120g, 40g ham, eight bowls of clear soup, and proper amount of salt and pepper.
Practice: Wash fresh soybean sprouts, cut only the scallops on the cross and head, soak them in clear water, steam them until soft, and tear them into small strips; Slice the ham and lean meat and bake them in a love casserole. Add two spoonfuls of peanut oil and Chinese cabbage and mix well. Pour in clear soup and cook for about 25 minutes. Shred ham and season with salt and pepper.
Note: After soaking Yaozhu in clear water, pat it loose with a knife, and then tear it by hand.
Watercress sashimi soup

Note: this is a good soup for clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting granulation and healing, but there are many fishbones, which can be used to make soup for cooking raw fish, or clean fishbones before drinking.
Dangshen sweet chicken soup
Ingredients: 600 grams of frog, 0/60 grams of lean meat, 40 grams of codonopsis pilosula, half a teaspoon of salt, and 0/2 bowl of clear water.
Practice: Frog? Good cleanliness; Wash Codonopsis pilosula and lean meat, put them in a straight casserole and bring to a boil. Add frog, lean meat and Codonopsis pilosula, bring to a boil with high fire, change to medium heat for about two hours, and season with salt.
Note: This soup is most suitable for drinking in autumn, which can invigorate qi and spleen, promote diuresis and reduce swelling, and is suitable for all ages, Xian Yi. But it is not suitable for those with exogenous fever.
Cucumber salted egg soup
Ingredients: three tender zucchini, two raw salted eggs, a quarter teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon and a half of peanut oil, and eight bowls of water.
Practice: scrape off the fur on the surface of wax gourd, leave it green, wash it, cut it into cubes and put it in a casserole for heating. Stir-fry wax gourd with oil and salt, pour water into the pot for about half an hour, open the salted eggs and put them in the soup 15 minutes.
Note: this soup with mussels (small dried mussels) is more delicious when cooked with lean meat.
