There are no black songs in Liaoyang ballroom. Ballroom refers to a public hall or dance floor equipped with dancing facilities. It is also a place with personality, flexibility and entertainment, where people can party, drink, sing and dance. Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, located in the middle of Liaodong Peninsula urban agglomeration, is an ancient cultural city with a history of 2,400 years and a new modern petrochemical textile industrial base.
