Dingchuan point

"Ding" means calm or calm, and "wheezing" here refers to cough and asthma. Dingchuan point has the effect of relieving cough and asthma, hence the name "Dingchuan point".

Location: Dingchuan point is located on the 0.5-inch posterior midline of Dazhui point under spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra.

Indications: asthma, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, whooping cough, stiff neck, shoulder and back pain, etc.

Dingchuan point is an important point in our human body, and there are several health care methods as follows:

(1) Massage technique: Press Dingchuan point with thumb pulp for 1~3 minutes and massage for a long time, which can treat asthma, chronic cough and tuberculosis.

(2) Method of scraping asthma points: Scraping asthma points with angle scraping method once every other day can treat asthma and bronchitis.

Commonly used for health care and disease treatment of young and middle-aged people and the elderly, especially suitable for the following groups:

(1) Bronchitis and bronchial asthma. Its own function lies in relieving cough and asthma, promoting blood circulation and regulating lung. If you choose acupuncture, you can choose straight needling and oblique needling with the needle tip inward, with a depth of about 0.5- 1 inch.

(2) asthma. Dingchuan point is a strange point outside the meridian, located 0.5 inch next to Dazhui point at the back of the neck (depression under the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra). It has the effects of relieving cough and asthma and dispersing lung qi. Patients with asthma attacks can press this point hard with their thumbs, feeling local soreness and numbness, and breathing will gradually ease. Fengmen point

Fengmen point belongs to the meridian point of bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang, also called Hot House. It is said that the left side is the air door and the right side is the hot house, which is the intersection of Du meridian and Foot Taiyang meridian.

Location: Generally, acupoints are selected in sitting or prone position. Fengmen point is located on the back, about 2 cm below the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra (or 1.5 inch sideways) and at the center of the second depression (between the second thoracic vertebra and the third thoracic vertebra).

Indications: cold, cervical pain, shoulder pain and other diseases. Fengmen point has the functions of expelling wind and relieving exterior syndrome, dispersing lung qi, dispersing lung qi and relieving exterior syndrome, benefiting qi and consolidating exterior syndrome. It is often used for the health care and treatment of diseases of young and middle-aged people and the elderly, especially for respiratory diseases: mainly bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, whooping cough and so on.

Akasaka point

Location: When taking this point, the patient should take a posture of sitting upright, raising his palm and slightly bending his elbow. When picking a point, you should first raise your arm. There is a thick tendon in the center of the inner arm, and the outside of the tendon is this point (or in the horizontal stripes of the elbow, the radial depression of the biceps brachii).

The functions recorded in ancient books are mainly indicated as cough, wheezing, aversion to qi, hemoptysis, nausea, abdominal pain, dysphoria, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, epigastric pain, constipation, epistaxis, laryngitis, dry tongue, chills and epigastric pain.

Modern reports: cold, sore throat, tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis, whooping cough, pneumonia, pleurisy, intercostal neuralgia, erysipelas, abnormal fetal position, measles, hypertension, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, acute gastroenteritis, elbow joint and surrounding soft tissue diseases.
