Bird's Nest is a nest made of saliva secreted by several species of Jin Siyan swift and its down. Location: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar and other Southeast Asian countries and coastal areas of China, Fujian and Guangdong. Bird's nest is rich in sugars, organic acids, free amino acids and characteristic substance-sialic acid.
The main origin of bird's nest is from the Philippines in the east to the desert island caves near the coast of Myanmar in the west, with Indonesia, Malaysia, Sandakan, Singapore, Thailand and the South China Sea islands as the majority. Among them, Indonesia's bird's nest has the best quality and the largest output, because the weather and environment are most suitable for swallows to live together.
