Come to see you another day and say, "I will benefit from it." "What is it?" He said, "I forgot to sit back." Zhong Niran said: "What is forgetting? Yan Hui said, "It's smart to fall on all fours. If you leave your form to understand, you will be like Datong. It's called forgetting. Zhong Ni said: "The same is good, but the change is universal." . If it is benign! Qiu also invites you to come again later. 」

The way to achieve natural righteousness is to "sit and forget" as suggested by Yan Hui. What does this mean? Later, I explained that it is the same as getting through, that is, leaving one's own form and knowledge, connecting with the avenue, and letting the Tao run in the heart, and righteousness will naturally be achieved.

The purpose is to ignore these artificial standards, forget these standards and viewpoints, and go back to tea directly, so as to integrate with tea and tea ceremony and reach the highest state of health preservation. In the future, you should have the right knowledge and get rid of the wrong knowledge, not get rid of everything and turn yourself into a fool. If we abandon it all, it will be different from Zhuangzi's thought. From the beginning, Zhuangzi emphasized that real people have real talents and real learning. How can I become a fool? But seemingly a fool, in fact, the heart is full of true knowledge, which is wisdom.

We pay attention to a lot of manners when drinking tea. According to the inheritance, it is really influenced by Confucian etiquette, but the purpose is not for these etiquette, but for the tea ceremony. Therefore, we have to forget these etiquette constraints and meet directly with tea. Don't have any knowledge in your heart, just experience the taste of tea directly. This is of course difficult to do, because there is no knowledge of tea.

The other is to forget the etiquette and culture of the spiritual level of tea. Because soul tea is healthy for our mind, we need someone to tell you to drink it, and only when you drink it in your heart can it play a health care role. At this time, if you have your own knowledge and thoughts, then you can't drink spiritual tea, so you can't care for your heart. Even if you drink tea again, your heart will be unhealthy, arrogant, full of self and lifeless. Because the Tao is not in you. As long as the way of tea is completely in your heart, you can forget what Yan Hui said. Here, forgetting your knowledge is not forgetting everything. After forgetting your own knowledge, you should realize the real knowledge, that is, the real knowledge of tea and the true spirit of tea ceremony. This is the real forgetting.
