Mud bath has become a hot topic recently. Many hot springs have mud bath courses, and some natural mud bath shrines have been excavated. In fact, we can also DIY in our own mud bath at home! The steps of mud bath are quite simple and can bring many benefits in a short time. Because clay can play a strong traction role, it has the ability to excrete toxins through skin pores when taking a bath.
The preparation steps of mud bath are simple.
1. Pour about 1.8kg bentonite (you probably don't want to use expensive and edible montmorillonite clay) into the bathtub. Please pour the clay into the warm water flowing from the faucet at a very slow speed, and then stir the water in the bathtub with a spoon or a stirring rod, so that the clay particles will not stick together. Soak in the bathtub for 20 to 25 minutes, then get up and wash your body with the shower head. Don't let the water out of the bathtub yet. Before the clay settles to the bottom of the bathtub, you must let the clay solution stand for a period of time (no more than 3 or 4 hours). At this time, you have several options: * You can drain the water in the bathtub, but I don't recommend it, because it will cause the drain pipe to be blocked. A better way is to scoop out the water and pour it into the sink (which can then be used to fertilize or pour it into the yard). After scooping up all the water, you may want to see what the clay looks like now. Some people say that the color of the clay at the bottom of the bathtub will change, and it may turn dark brown or black, which is the result that clay should present when it is full of absorbed and adsorbed toxins. It is also said that the remaining clay should not be treated by hand at this time. On the contrary, you must wear rubber gloves before digging out clay, because digging mud by hand is in danger of chemical burns, because these clay may be very toxic now. According to my experience of clay, the color of mineral clay used for mud bath is likely to change according to different types, but the clay used for my bath has never shown the above characteristics. As for not touching clay because of the high risk of being burned, well, I doubt that a person's body will release enough toxins to burn himself in 20 minutes? This kind of thing is hard to believe.
Dr. Chen Lichuan, Chairman of the Energy Medical Association of the Republic of China, shared his experience.
As early as ten years ago, when I lived in America, I had the habit of taking a bath with mud regularly. Every time I buy it, it's a big barrel-50 Jin (about 23 Jin). Because clay has strong absorption and adsorption capacity, it is a very good method to detoxify the skin. The reason why I have the opportunity to learn mud bath is because a friend has no money to see a doctor to treat breast cancer. After studying different treatments of natural medicine, she chose mud therapy which is relatively cheap. Unexpectedly, after a dozen baths, incredible, thick black substances flowed out of her body, and finally she was reborn.
If you don't want to take a mud bath, you can also use the following methods to purify your skin:
1. Wash your body instead of soap in the shower: mix clay and water on your palm, wipe it on your body, and then rinse it off. 2. Whole body daub: Mix the clay into paste, daub it on the neck, shoulders, chest, arms, legs and feet, daub it on the body, and then rinse it off after it is dry. 3. Whole body exfoliation: After the soil on the body is dry, don't wash it off, but wipe it off or wipe it off to remove more dead skin and promote circulation.
