How to make cold okra?

Cold okra

Manufacturing method and steps

1. First, we should wash okra.

2. Then remove the roots from the bottom of the okra.

Take out the okra quickly in 3.2 minutes.

It should be noted here that the soaking time of okra should not exceed two minutes. If the time is too long, the okra will harden and affect the taste.

Put it in ice water to keep it crisp.

5. Cut the okra in half.

6. Put the cut okra into the dish for later use.

7. Cut the garlic into powder, cut the millet into rings and put it in a bowl.

8. Put 15g seasoning, 2g sugar, 10g balsamic vinegar, 2g salt, 5g sesame oil and 5g seasoning powder into a bowl and stir well.

9. Heat the salad oil to 150℃ and pour it into a bowl and stir well.

10. Put the prepared juice on the okra and make it into cold okra.

Tip 1. Because the horny skin of okra is thick and doesn't taste good, we need to peel it off with a peeler first.
