In traditional Chinese medicine, the application of red dates can be divided into the following categories:

1. 2, red dates and tremella soup

Ingredients: 8 red dates, 20g tremella, carrot 1 root, 20g lotus seed, almond 10g, and a little rock sugar.

Exercise:

(1) Wash carrots and slice them; Wash red dates, tremella, lotus seeds and almonds respectively, soak for 1 hour, and then remove the core of red dates for later use.
