Can I drink when I'm cold?
You can drink some hot wine when you are cold, and it is especially difficult to catch a cold. Although there is no scientific evidence to prove that wine can cure colds, it can at least relax people.

How to make hot wine:

Raw materials:

(1) 2 oranges;

(2) 1 lemon peel;

(3) sugar100g;

(4) a small amount of freshly ground nutmeg;

(5) 3 cinnamon sticks;

(6) 6 cloves, a small amount for decoration;

(7) 2 fresh laurel leaves;

(8) 2 bottles of fruity ordinary red wine;

(9)500 ml of water;

(10) 5.8 cents.

Method:

Take an orange, peel it, juice it, pour the juice into a large saucepan, and add lemon peel, sugar and all spices except star anise. Pour in the right amount of water and a small amount of wine, just enough to drown the sugar in the pot. Simmer until all the sugar melts. Then cook for a few minutes to extract the flavor of spices until a thick syrup is obtained. Then add 2 bottles of wine and star anise and heat slowly. At this stage, be careful not to let the wine boil, otherwise the alcohol in it will evaporate and many health functions of red wine will be weakened. After the wine is boiled, you can put it in a glass with a long spoon, and finally add star-shaped orange peel or clove as decoration. If you want to get low-alcohol flavored hot wine, add more orange juice and water.

Of course, the ingredients and production methods of the above flavored hot wine are for reference only. You can choose different spices and other ingredients according to your own preferences.
