1. All personnel can enter the hospital area only after pre-examination and screening by triage medical staff.
Old people or people who can't provide health codes without smart phones, please register with valid certificates such as ID card and medical insurance card, and enter after pre-inspection and triage.
2. It takes 48 hours for a negative report of nucleic acid detection.
3. If you have symptoms such as fever within 7 days or have been to or passed through the city where the high-risk area is located, please take the initiative to inform the medical staff at the triage point and go to the fever clinic under the guidance of the medical staff.
4. Promote online registration and telephone appointment to reduce waiting time. Keep a safe distance of more than 1 m from others during the whole process of seeing a doctor, and implement "one doctor, one patient and one room" in all consultation rooms, and try to avoid gathering in the registration hall and waiting area. 5. Fever patients should go to the hospital for fever clinic treatment and nucleic acid sampling, wait in the waiting area, and the nucleic acid results will come out.
Second, the hospital management
1. The wards in our hospital are under closed management, and visitors are not allowed. Advocate video interviews and telephone condolences.
2. Admission of patients with flat diagnosis: make an appointment for hospitalization. Hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel with negative report of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours issued by our hospital or qualified institutions in this city can be admitted directly to the general ward.
3. Severe inpatients: Treatment and nucleic acid detection are carried out at the same time. First admitted to the transitional ward, the nucleic acid test results were negative and then transferred to the general ward.
4. Strictly implement "one patient and one companion". Those who can take care of themselves are not accompanied. Due to illness, there are 1 fixed chaperones. The accompanying personnel are admitted to the hospital with the negative report of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and wear exclusive wristbands for medical staff to identify.
5. Abide by ward rules and regulations: the inpatient ward is strictly subject to 24-hour access control. In principle, except for examination, patients and caregivers are not allowed to leave the inpatient ward, and other irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter. Wear a mask correctly during hospitalization, wash your hands frequently and cough etiquette. Actively cooperate with daily health monitoring, and inform medical staff in time when fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhea and loss or absence of smell/taste occur.
