The preface is to point out that the first opportunity, from the outside to the inside, is supplemented by the winner. This is a lower-middle class person. Only those who have completed the next two levels can pass the last level. Now the clues are getting clearer and clearer, the machines are getting more and more familiar, and God doesn't love Tao. Give vent to the secrets of philosophers with the highest purpose and encourage them!

The husband restored his common name. When you get to the next level, your brilliance will flourish, and it will be better to return to the dharma. The former is from the outside to the inside, but today it is outside-centered. The former is the main and auxiliary phase, but today it is announced by the main, and its face is completely reversed. If you want to be quiet, you must first adjust your body and mind, feel at ease and peace, let go of your fate and be naked. The heavenly heart is located in the middle, and then I will look down like calling a minister by imperial decree. Who dares not follow? The second time, my eyes shone on Kanggong, and when Guanghua arrived, the real sun came out to respond. Away from the external yang and internal yin, dry body also. One yin enters the interior, which is born with things and comes out downstream. Today, it shines in light, not with things. Yin Qi is alive, and Guanghua notices that it is pure Yang. The same kind will be close, so climb the mountain. If not, it's Yang who should do it. When two things meet, they are bound together, they move around, come and go, and float and sink. In their own palace, they seem too empty and boundless, and they are all light and graceful. The so-called cloud is full of Qian Shan. The second time, there was no trace of going back and forth, the ups and downs were inseparable, and the pulse stopped. This is the real coitus, the so-called month contains thousands of water. As soon as it was dark, my mind suddenly moved. This is a reply from Yang, and it is also alive. However, the news here should be elaborated. When mortals look and listen, their eyes and ears move, and when things go, they have gone. This movement is all for the people, but the Emperor of Heaven is fighting ghosts. Today, everything is quiet and everyone lives in the same place. Tianjun is a real person. Moving follows, and moving is rooted in the sky; Static is static with it, and static is the moon hole; There is no reason for movement, but also for movement; Rest up and down, but also to rest up and down, the so-called Tiangen Moon Cave is also idle. It is gentle to be calm and go against the times; If the heavenly heart has moved, it will move to respond, and it will lose its old age; It is a guide and timely to rise to the palace of true meaning and look at the top with divine light. Tianxin rose to the top, complacent, and suddenly wanted to be silent, eager to introduce the true meaning of Huang Ting, while looking at the Huang Shen room, those who wanted to be silent were not born. If you look inside and suddenly forget what you saw, your body and mind will be greatly released, and the fate will disappear. I just don't know where I am and want to find myself. I can't get it. This is heaven and earth, and all the wonderful things, in the final analysis, are that I am concentrating on studying cavitation.

Once the husband shines, those who were scattered at the beginning want to collect it, but it is not enough to use it six times. This is to preserve the original, but also to add fuel to life. People who get together naturally swim well, and it's as easy as blowing off dust, which is to calm their nerves and gather their ancestors. Once the influence is destroyed, it will become a big decision. This is a hidden air pocket, and all the wonderful things come down to it. One section has three sections and one section has nine sections, all of which are played the day after tomorrow. Today, there are three sections. When practicing, it will be very quiet at first. Gathering is also self-cultivation, and hiding is also self-cultivation. In the end, all the self-restraint was hidden. The middle layer can be analogized, which is not easy to handle. This is an intangible knowledge, and it is not easy to travel thousands of miles. Time waits for no one, and Yuan was transported to the world in an instant.

If the mind is restless, it can't move, forget to move, and move without noumenon. So, moved by things, sexual desire is also. If you are not moved by things, you will be moved by the sky. What moves with things is knowledge, and so is sexual desire. If things do not move automatically, that is, heaven moves. Don't think about the nature of heaven with the actions of heaven. When the sentence falls, just say a word of desire and want something in it. This is the misplaced thinking, moving around. If you can't remember, then mindfulness is life, and this is the true meaning. Silent and calm, and the cat suddenly moved, not inadvertently moved, doing nothing, that is what it means, the first two sentences of the poem, including the role of the golden flower. The second sentence is that the sun and the moon interest each other. In June, they will leave the fire, and Bai will leave Zhenyin and return to Kunming. The third night is the water in the pond, the sun is the sun in the pond, and it will return to work impressively. Take the ridge filling, that is, in it. The second sentence, said the bucket handle, improve the whole machine. Is water not difficult? Eyes are the wind, eyes shine into the palace, and the essence of the sun is also called. This is the middle view. When he cultivated the concept of emptiness, he also knew that everything was immortal, but it was invisible. This is also a three-view, but after all, seeing the sky is effective. So if we cultivate the concept of emptiness, then emptiness is reality, falsehood is emptiness, and middle is emptiness. The concept of taking a vacation is that most of it is effective, so the vacation is real, the emptiness is also fake, and the middle is also fake. The middle way is also a fantasy, but it is not empty, it is called the middle way. This is also a wrong view, but it is not a mistake, but Zhong Yi. As for China, it goes without saying.

Although I sometimes speak alone and sometimes at the same time, I never move a word. Zhang Kou Tiyun: Cardinals are in both eyes. The so-called cardinal is also used. Use good luck, not bad luck. Six or seven, knowing the light hides, you take two eyes and he doesn't ask? It will be clear whether to take photos with Yang Kan or high beam. Zhu (Yunyang, taboo, northern official) tasted the clouds. "The blind are not good at monasticism. The deaf might as well. " What's the difference with me? It is particularly important to show its primary and secondary importance.

The sun and the moon are one thing, and the darkness of the sun and the moon is the essence of the true moon. Moon Cave is not in the moon but in the sun, so-called Moon Cave. Otherwise, it's enough to speak for yourself. The white place in the month is the light of the real day. Sunshine is in the middle of the month, so-called heavenly roots. Otherwise, it's enough to speak for yourself. One day in January, separation is only half, and combination is a whole. If you are husband and wife, you can't live alone. If you have a husband and a wife, you can be considered as a complete family. However, it's hard to describe the fact that husband and wife are separated. If the sun and the moon are separated, it is not all. Knowing this is still all eyes and ears. I said that the blind have no ears and the deaf have no eyes. So, you say one thing, you say two things, you say six things, you say six things. Can say seven things, but know nothing about seven things. I only revealed their similarities, so I didn't see two. My whole life is devoted to its separation, so I change my eyes everywhere.

The method mentioned above is used to guide beginners to use ministers to protect the king from the outside. Now the path of practice is gradually clear, and the key to the achievement method is gradually mastered. God does not cherish the precious Tao, so let me directly reveal the supreme purpose. The return of light is the floorboard of the achievement method. However, with progress in kung fu, Guanghua will be grand and the way to shine will be better. In the past, the achievement method was controlled from the outside, but now the achievement method is driven by the center to drive the periphery; In the past, the achievement method was to protect the monarch by ministers, but now the achievement method is to give orders according to the imperial edict, which is completely upside down.

The content of this achievement method is that before you want to be quiet, you must first adjust your body and mind to make it comfortable and peaceful, and then let go of your destiny and have no worries. Let the heavenly heart be centered, and then hang your eyes, just like an imperial edict calling a minister. Who dares to disrespect? Then look into Kangong (Dantian) with two eyes. Wherever Guanghua goes, Zhenyang will come out to answer.

In gossip, the outside is yang and the inside is yin. Its noumenon was originally a dry divination, but it became the master when it entered the interior. Therefore, the mind is born with things, and it flows out. Now that you are back in the light to shine, nothing will happen, and the yin will be controlled; At the same time, due to the injection of Guanghua, it gradually became pure yang. Because of similar blind date, the yang in the middle of divination will be mobilized to rise. This Yang was not Yang Kan originally, but actually a dry Yang, so it still belongs to dry Yang, and it should be related to dry Yang. When these two objects meet, they knot and move, come and go, and float. At this time, his Yuan Palace (referring to the chest and abdomen) is as boundless as space, and his whole body seems to be going up. This is the so-called "Qian Shan is full of clouds". Then, qi came and went without a trace, floating and sinking without a trace, and suddenly his pulse stopped and his breathing stopped. This state is called "copulation" in the health book; This is the so-called "monthly water". Wait until in that space, suddenly, the heavenly heart moved, this is the return of the sun, and the living appeared. But the information inside needs to be elaborated.

Ordinary people see with their eyes and listen with their ears. Those eyes and ears have been moving with the foreign objects, and when the foreign objects are gone, the behavior of seeing and listening is over. The situation here is like the people below are doing things, and the son of heaven above is following them to serve. If we go on like this, we will live with ghosts. Now our people are moving quietly, not with ghosts, but with people. That man is a real person, and he himself is the son of heaven. The emperor moved, and the following subjects moved together; This kind of movement is called "Tiangen". As soon as the emperor was quiet, the following subjects followed. This quietness is called "Moon Cave". The emperor's movement is unprovoked, and so are his subjects. The emperor rests up and down, and his subjects follow suit; This is the so-called "Tiangen Moon Cave".

The sky is calm, the pneumatic is too early, and the fire is too tender; The heavenly heart has moved, and the qi machine is behind, so the fire is too old. The correct way is to move the heavenly heart, immediately guide the walker to rise to the meaningful dry palace (overhead), and look at it with both eyes as a guide. This is timely movement. The son of heaven has been promoted to the palace, and when he is enjoying himself, suddenly the movement seems to stop; At this time, we should quickly guide him down to the real Huang Ting area (every day), and look inside the Huang Shen room, with the heart behind and the front closed. Then, the movement of the ventilator will stop again, which is the result of temporary inactivity. At this time, the idea of looking inward suddenly faded, and my body and mind came to a great relief, and all my feelings and thoughts disappeared for a while; I don't know where it is, and even where my body is, I can't find it. If you enter this realm, it is called "heaven goes to the ground", and that is the moment when all good things take root. At this stage, it is the so-called "concentration into holes".

According to the order of backlight method, when the backlight method is implemented, the light is like a loose sand at first, and then gradually converges, and the six functions of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind seem to stop working. This is the method of "preserving capital and cheering for life". Then the light that naturally gathers swims freely without any effort, which is the achievement method of "fixing the ancestors and gathering the innate". Then, all the influences gradually disappear and enter a state of silence. This is the achievement method of "hiding air pockets and returning to the roots". Here is one of the three sections. Now let's talk about the problem of one skill and three paragraphs. When you are in the stage of self-restraint, gathering is self-restraint, and hiding is also self-restraint. In the stage of "gathering", "being" and "hiding" are both "gathering", and "hiding" does not need to change the part (orifice) reserved by the heart, which will separate itself; This is the so-called "stealth trick", even if there are thousands of places, it is only one place. There is no need to change the stage (time) of the achievement method, but the stage will separate itself. This is the so-called "time waits for no man", even if the stage is divided into yuan, it must be transported to the world (I, 30 years; One luck is the twelfth; It's thirty luck for a while; One yuan is twelve meetings. ), just for a moment.

Generally speaking, the mind can't move until it is extremely quiet; Even if it moves, it is a reckless action, not a physical action. Therefore, "the heart is moved by the sense of things and driven by the desire of human nature; Instead of being moved by the feeling of things, that is the movement of heaven and earth. Don't use the' movement' of the sky to correspond to the' sex' of the sky. This sentence is a word' desire'. Desire lies in having things. This is the "out of position" thought opposed by the Book of Changes, and it is a kind of "movement". If you can't forget it, then mindfulness will come into being; Mindfulness is also "true meaning". In this silence, the cat suddenly moved. Isn't that a mindless move? The so-called "inaction" means this.

The first two sentences of my metrical poem have all summed up the role of Jinhua. The following two sentences mean "the combination of the sun and the moon", and "June" means the fire that deviates from divination; "White Xue Fei" means deviating from the true yin in the hexagrams and returning to Master Kun. "Three nights" refers to the water of cantaloupe; "sun gear" refers to a stubborn sun in the middle of divination, which will return to dry land. The so-called "taking the ridge to fill the vacancy" is included in these two poems. The next two sentences say that bucket handle can lift the whole ventilator. Is "water" not divination? "Patrol the wind" refers to the eyes shining into Kangong (Xiadantian) to attract the essence of the sun. "Heaven" refers to the dry palace (overhead) and "swimming and eating Kunde", which means that God goes into the air and heaven goes into the ground to warm the fire of God. The last two sentences point out the tactics in tactics. Tactics in tactics are always inseparable from the famous saying "washing the heart is taking a bath". Please look at the essence of Confucius, starting with "Zhi Zhi" in "University" and ending with "Perfection". That is, it begins with infinity and ends with infinite meaning; The essence of Buddhism is to regard "living in nowhere" as a great collection in the Diamond Sutra. And we Taoists regard Laozi's "emptiness" as a means to complete all the work in life. In short, Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism only use one sentence as a panacea to protect students from death. What is the elixir of life? It's just that "everything has to be done unintentionally." Although the most mysterious of our Taoist techniques is this "bathing", the whole technique can only be summarized by the word "hollow". You still don't understand what "one section has three sections" means. Now I'll take the Buddhist three views of "emptiness, falsehood and neutrality" as an example. Among these three views, the first one is "emptiness", which means that you should treat everything as emptiness; The second is "wrong view". Although you regard everything as empty, you can't destroy everything, but you must build everything in this empty world. Just pretend they're fake. The third is the "middle view", which can neither destroy everything nor cling to everything, and keep the middle road at arm's length. When you cultivate the first "empty view", although you have regarded everything as empty, you also know that they cannot be destroyed, and you should not cling to them. In fact, you are cultivating "false view" and "middle view". But in the end, you still focus on "seeing the sky". Therefore, when practicing the concept of emptiness, emptiness is of course an empty concept, falsehood is also an empty concept, and Chinese is also an empty concept. By analogy, when correcting the concept of fallacy, the power of words is mostly up and down. False is of course a false concept, but empty is also a false concept, and so is Chinese. By the same token, when we practice Meditation, we also regard everything as empty, but we don't call it empty, we call it middle; Also regard everything as false, but don't call it false, but call it medium; As for winning, don't say it. It must be called winning.

Although I sometimes say that I am divorced from hexagrams, sometimes I also say that I am divorced from two hexagrams, but the central meaning has not changed. I said at the beginning, "Cardinals have eyes". The so-called "cardinal" refers to the use of. Using this to mediate nature does not mean that there is only a little nature. People's eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and meaning are six, and the eyes, ears, mouth and nose are all bright treasures; Did I just take two eyes and ignore the others? No, please see what I said above. Take a picture with the light of divination and the light of divination. Mr. Zhu once said: "The blind can't fix it, and the deaf can't hinder it." What is the difference between this and what I said? I'm just emphasizing who is dominant and who is auxiliary, and which is more important.

The sun and the moon are a kind of substance, and both Japanese and China people contain true yin. In fact, the darkness of Japanese and China people is actually the essence of the moon, so the "moon cave" is not on the moon, but in the sky. The so-called moon cave should be called the cave where the moon stays. Otherwise, say the moon, then there is no need to say "Moon Cave". The moon contains true sun, but the white place in the moon is the brilliance of the sun; The sun shines on the moon, which is called the root of heaven; Otherwise, say "heaven" instead of "heavenly roots". A day, a month, can only be counted as half separately, and together it is a whole; It's like monogamy, living alone and not getting married; Only married people are complete families. However, it is not entirely appropriate to compare the avenue with people's things. Because the couple separated, or two people; Moreover, the sun and the moon in the achievement method are separated, so it is not all. Understand this truth, you will understand that eyes and ears are also a whole. I said that the blind have no ears and the deaf have no eyes. So, what is the same thing? Two things? Say what, six? Six is actually one. Say what seven tricks? Seven is actually one! What I said only revealed the similarities between the two, and I couldn't see any difference.
