Hongshan Court is one of the five dispatched courts of Zichuan District People's Court in Zibo. Located in the east of Zichuan, it now governs five towns, namely Hongshan, Taihe, Ezhuang, Zhaili and Nidhogg, with an area of 33 1.48 square kilometers and a population of1.600,000, with a total of 1.27 villages (residences). Most areas are mountainous areas, and the population in mountainous areas accounts for more than half of the total population in this area. The area is full of outstanding people and beautiful scenery. There are scenic spots such as the former residence of Pu Songling, the king of the world's short stories, Emei Waterfall Group and Taihe Reservoir. The office of the court is located at No.255, Puyang East Road, hongshan town. At present, there are 15 people, including 5 judges, 2 executors, 2 clerks, 1 bailiff 1 person, 2 computer stenographers and 3 others. All personnel engaged in judicial work have college education or above, accounting for 50% of the total. The court covers an area of 2,400 square meters, of which the building area is 1.550 square meters. The first floor of the office building is the trial area, the second floor is the office area, and the third floor is the living area, forming a three-point pattern. The trial area has a filing room, three trial courts and two mediation rooms, the office area has a judge's office, a conference room and a reception room, and the living area has a restaurant, a lounge, a reading room and a fitness and entertainment room. At present, the court has 2 vehicles for handling cases, 6 microcomputers, 3 laptops 1 set and 3 printers, which have well ensured the needs of trial activities and circuit trials.

Since its establishment, the court has made positive contributions to the reform and opening up, economic development and social stability within its jurisdiction. Especially in the last five years, this hospital has been rated as "advanced unit" by the district court year after year, "Youth Civilization" by the Communist Youth League Committee in 200 1 and 2002, "Five Good Political and Legal Units" by the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee this year, "Five Courts Oriented" by the Provincial High Court at the end of 2004, and "Excellent People's Court of the whole city" by the Municipal Intermediate People's Court in July. The Commercial Court of Zichuan District People's Court is located in the west of Zichuan. Founded in 1993, it was formed by the merger of former Zi Ling, businessman and Huangjiapu Court on 1999. Covering an area of 2,200 square meters, it has a "one big and two small" trial court, a filing room and a judge's room. Now it has jurisdiction over Zichuan Economic Development Zone, Zi Ling and Shangshang Town. There are 83 administrative villages in the jurisdiction, 1 community, with a total population of106,5438+0400 and an area of 172.3 square kilometers.

There are 8 judges and other staff members in the Commercial Court, including 1 president and vice-president, and 4 judges, executors, clerks and bailiffs. The staff of the whole hospital are firm in political thinking and excellent in professional quality, all of whom have reached bachelor degree or above. In recent years, the hospital has tried a large number of civil and commercial cases with the theme of "justice and efficiency" and the purpose of "justice for the people", and has made positive efforts for social stability and economic development in its jurisdiction, which has been well received by the party Committee and government of its jurisdiction and the broad masses of the people. In 2003, it was awarded the honorary title of "Youth Civilization". In 2004, it was named as the first batch of "five hospitals" in the province by the Provincial High Court. In July, 2005, it was awarded as "Excellent People's Court of the whole city" by the Municipal Intermediate People's Court. Shuangyang Court, located in the government residence of Yangzhai Town, Zichuan District, is one of the five existing people's courts in Zichuan District. Established 1982, governing 3 townships, 70 natural villages and neighborhood committees, with an area of 122 square kilometers, a population of160,000 and a floating population of 40,000. Shuangyang Court covers an area of more than 2,600 square meters, with three-story trial building and two-story comprehensive building, equipped with reception room, library, conference room, fitness and entertainment room, dining room, kitchen, dormitory and toilet, with a construction area of 1.500 square meters. There is also 160 square meters lawn and more than 20 ornamental trees, and the trial area, office area and living area are separated. At present, the court has 8 full-time staff, including 4 judges, 2 clerks and 2 executors. The court is now a deputy-level unit. Over the years, Shuangyang Court has conscientiously implemented Theory of Three Represents, based on the functions of the court, performed its judicial duties according to law, firmly grasped the theme of "justice and efficiency", comprehensively improved its judicial ability, and strived to practice the purpose of "justice for the people", making outstanding contributions to the economic development and building a harmonious society in its jurisdiction.

The mediation rate of cases in Shuangyang Court has remained above 75% for many years, especially in 2004, when the mediation rate reached 89%, 553 cases were closed and 6 1 case was decided, accounting for 1 1%. Of all the cases that have been decided, there are only five appeals, and none of them have been sent back for retrial and revision; The case delivery rate and interest reached 98.7%. For five consecutive years, there has not been a case of petitioning or stalking lawsuits involving law, and the trial effect has been significantly improved, and the trial period has been greatly shortened, with an average trial period of only 27 days, achieving the best judicial benefits and realizing the organic unity of legal effects and political, economic and social effects of handling cases.
