The second stage: release the lottery results.

2. Exercise for the elderly

In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the competition and ensure the safe, smooth and orderly road traffic, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations and other relevant laws and regulations, it is decided to implement temporary traffic restrictions on some roads and bridges in the urban area on the day of the competition. We hereby notify you as follows:
1. In order to do a good job in the construction and demolition of the "Marathon" activities, temporary control measures will be implemented on the National Square and Tiqiang Road, as follows:

(1) Starting point of National Square: 6:00- 10:00, and two-way roads (including auxiliary roads), East National Square Road and West National Square Road are closed;
(2) End of the half marathon: from 10:00 to 16:00, the two-way main road from the entrance of Tongxin Hall of Lu Qiang Autonomous Region CPPCC to Haige Road and the auxiliary road in the same direction of the track are closed;
(3) Marathon finish: from 10:00 to 16:00, the two-way main road in front of Yudong Avenue Garden Expo Park 1 and the auxiliary road in the same direction of the track are closed;

On February 4th, from 7: 30 to 14: 30, the roads (hereinafter referred to as "the track") passing through "Marathon" activities, 4 km healthy running, 10 km healthy running, half running and full marathon running, and the ramps leading to the roads on the same side of the track along the way and overpasses were closed and opened. The parts closed in turn are as follows:
(1) From 7:30 to 9:00, the two-way roads (including the main road and the auxiliary road) of Minzu Avenue (the section from Minzu Square to Jinpu) and Jinhu South Road (the second branch from Minzu Avenue to Jinpu, including Jinhu Square Ring Road and Jinhu West Tunnel) and the intersections along the way are closed, and only the unit vehicles opposite the track are allowed to use the auxiliary road for emergency passage;
(2) From 7: 45 to 9: 30, the two-way road of Minzu Avenue (Jinpu Road to Wan Yue section, including the two-way main road of Qingxiu Tunnel), the west half of Qingxiu Road, the two-way road of Fengling South Road (Qingxiu Mountain North parking lot to the entrance and exit of Qinghuan Road) and the intersections along the way were closed, and the Zhuxi overpass leading to Minzu Avenue and the Tongguling overpass were closed in all directions.
(3) From 8: 00 to 1 1:30, the two-way roads and intersections along Tongguling Road (Leigongling Road to Qinghuan Road) and Qinghuan Road (Fengling South Road to Liangqing Bridge) are closed.
(4) From 8:15 to 14:00, Qinghuan Road (Liangqing Bridge to Nanning Bridge), Libin Avenue (Nanning Bridge to Liusha Road), Qingshan Road (No.2 Gate of Liyuan Villa to Nanning Bridge), Pingle Avenue (Nanning Bridge to Pingle Yudong Overpass), Qiuyue Road and Yuxiang Road are closed. At the same time, Nanning Bridge, Liangqing Bridge, Qingshan Bridge, Heping Leyudong Overpass, two-way roads, auxiliary roads under the bridge and ramps in all directions are closed.
4. During the implementation of temporary traffic restriction measures, the traffic management department of the public security organ will adjust the restriction measures in time according to the progress of the competition team, try to shorten the traffic restriction time and reduce the restricted sections, subject to the setting of traffic signs or the command of the traffic police on duty. Vehicles that need to pass through the above roads and bridges, please choose the surrounding roads to bypass.
