I think there are three channels to use. Find a gym first. There are coaches in the gym. Even if you don't buy a private training class, the coach will teach you how to use some equipment. Then if you want to exercise more scientifically and reasonably, you can ask a personal trainer to give you a general course, basically once. Then another channel is to find information on the internet and do some primary physical exercise by yourself, which is unnecessary.
