Running every night, can I use an energy bar instead of dinner before running?
There is no conflict between running and eating, but running and eating are both related to losing weight or fitness. Running is the best and biggest fitness exercise. Keep running, and you can achieve the goal of fitness. If you want to be healthier, you'd better not eat dinner, but you should eat breakfast and lunch well or don't eat after 6 pm.
