If you have time, will you stick to fitness?
The answer is yes, not only do you have time to exercise, but you also have to squeeze time if you don't have time. After all, the body is your own, and health is also your own. For the sake of health, fitness is inevitable.

Then, how to make a fitness plan, I will probably analyze it from the following levels. Please correct me if there is anything wrong:

The first step is to know your body fat rate, know what your current body fat is, how much you want to lose, how many calories you take in daily exercise, and calculate the approximate time required;

The second step is to reduce food intake at the initial stage of fat reduction, reject the intake of high-calorie and high-fat foods, and choose low-fat and low-calorie foods, which can not only increase satiety, but also supplement the nutrition needed by all aspects of the body;

The third step is to adjust the work and rest schedule, go to bed early and get up early as possible, and keep the sleep time at 7-8 hours every day. Don't stay up late, especially eat supper. Improving your schedule can be done together with adjusting your diet;

The fourth part, make a fat-reducing exercise that suits you. At first, let the body gradually adapt to the intensity of exercise by jogging and brisk walking, and then gradually increase the intensity. Aerobic and anaerobic alternately, three times a week, and can ride, jump rope and jump aerobic exercise at intervals.

The above points are my personal fitness exercise experience, and also some enlightenment experience for most people who have just stepped into the road of fitness. After all, I have practiced like this, and it still works.

The road to reducing fat mainly depends on self-discipline. Don't eat the lost fat back. Take time to exercise every day, even if it is brisk walking 1 hour or jogging for half an hour. Don't lie down and play mobile phone, computer and TV after work, so you won't lose weight.

The importance of fitness is self-evident. Now, more and more people are aware of fitness. Fitness facilities in many places are often full. Even in the rural fitness square, people dance, yangko and whip at night.

The biggest advantage of fitness is that I seldom get sick. Colleagues and colleagues around you always get sick two or three times a year, so it doesn't matter if you take medicine directly. A dozen times is about a week. I find it incredible. I haven't been sick for years. Even if you catch a cold, you will sweat after exercise and bask in the sun for two or three days.
