I bought a fitness ball and some other fitness equipment to practice at home, including spinning bike and treadmill. I like these and play with them. I think they can help me shape and be good for my health.
But it really depends on your own wishes. Some people are willing to practice at home, others are willing to go to the gym to find a professional fitness coach to help them. They may think it's better to be urged, because few people have such strong self-control and may give up after practicing at home for a few days.
I belong to the kind of person with strong self-control and am not lazy, so I resolutely bought this and have been at home to arrange a certain time every day.
If possible, you can dedicate a room to do this, or if your living room is relatively large and spacious. Fitness balls are actually quite good. I like it better. I feel that the effect of body shaping is very good.
