Eat some foods that are easy to feel full, such as bread sticks or whole wheat toast. You can drink a glass of water before meals to feel full, so you won't eat too much.
If you exercise regularly, you can exercise half an hour after meals. If you don't exercise regularly, exercise one hour after meals, eat a fruit half an hour before meals, and exercise half an hour to one hour before meals.
I just started exercising, too. It feels good to sweat now, and the dirt in the skin will be brought out, and the skin will be better!
