Notwithstanding the above provisions in Article 18. 1, neither party shall perform or fail to perform this contract or any part of this contract arising from contract or infringement or any other indirect or corresponding loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of throughput), regardless of whether such losses are foreseeable or not.

A property has a lien on possession, or is taken over by the administration, and a receiver or manager is appointed to any substantial part of the asset or other parties.

The seller is not responsible for respecting the quality and/or conditions of the buyer's products and all warranties and conditions, except for products that are expressed or implied (whether legal or illegal) in terms of merchantability, quality, description or suitability for any specific purpose (whether not expressed or implied by the seller).
